Received great service today from My Plumber. I called and got same day service. An estimate was provided before approving the work. Service representative was very positive and explained everything that was being done has he completed the work. He is very professional and his work is very clean.

I am rejecting this response because: The response is partially true. The company has informed me it will refund the inspection fee after providing poor services to me. I had significant concerns with the HVAC inspector's findings, and went to three other parties to request inspections (one being a local handyman, not a specific HVAC technician). All three other opinions rejected My Plumber's findings, which would have cost me $2500-$4000 to repair. Instead, I had to pay $500 for other reputable businesses to give me other opinions.
Had My Plumber does its job properly (like the third company did), the total cost of the visit would have been $49 inspection fee plus the cost to add freon to my system - much lower cost than $500.

I called My Plumber after being duped by another plumber. Mr. P[redacted] was very thorough in completing the tasks and completed them quickly. He repaired a toilet, and installed a kitchen faucet and shower head which I purchased. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of helpful hints. He came on the same day that I called, and put booties on before entering which I appreciated. I would highly recommend him and his company.
Larry W. did a fine job analyzing and coming up with a temporary solution to our furnace problem. He then prepared permanent repair options, explaining each in detail
He was jovial and friendly, but totally serious about his work. We are looking forward to his next visit when the parts ordered arrive and then will install them.
My Plumber, as an organization has been very responsive and all staff visits have been easy to work with. Their work has been on target every time at reasonable costs.
Miguel arrived and did what needed to be done in an extremely professional manner. His recommendations were properly explained as was the status of my A/C unit. Very professional.
My Plumber (Ariel A.) replaced a faucet for me and flushed the water heater, as well as checking all plumbing in the house for issues. He was very professional and we were very pleased. This firm always does quality work.
The technician showed up on time, got the job done. I have been using My Plumber as my plumber for years. Not the cheapest, but things get done right the first time. I'll continue to use My Plumber whenever a plumbing issue arises.
Darrell T[redacted] is a credit to your company. He did a safety inspection on my unit. He was professional, knowledgeable,and polite. Before he came through the front door, he placed protective booties over his shoes. I was very happy because I have new carpet. He told us what he was doing and the results of each step as he went through the inspection. He answered all of our questions. He is the "poster person" for excellent customer service. I have and will continue to recommend your company and Darrell to friends.

Randall P. fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall good experience.
The serviceman was very professional and explained in detail what was happening and how to fix it.
