Joe with MyPlumber was terrific! He quickly identified the problem, explained it so I understood and fixed the problem He was professional, thorough and efficient Problem solved! I will ask for him again and highly recommend both Joe and MyPlumber!

I am rejecting this response because:See attached statementThis is the only receipt that I ever received other than the estimate proposed by the company for $to repair a broke sewer line, which was not the caseI had another reputable plumber come into the home the next dayThis plumber put a camera down the sewer line and found a clog in the exact spot that MyPlumber claimed was a breakThere was toilet paper that clogged the lineIt was removed and the plumber showed the debrisThere was no sand, rags, nor dirt presentThe plumber informed me that there was no possible way that anyone could see sand or dirt at allThe exhibit C that the company claims that I signed confirming everything is not even mineI never signed this, nor is the address listed my address, etcI requested that the toilet not be removed and was told that MyPlumber has to remove it because they could not get the snake down the outside plumbing entryThe 2nd plumber easily placed his snake down the outside entry and no need to remove the toiletIn addition, MyPlumber lost the caps for the toilet and did not remove the wax ring, which I had to have the other plumber do because of leakingI was never shown any of the debris that supposedly was removed from the lineThere were not any trash cans in the home with any of the supposed debrisI have not had any problems with my sewer line since it was flushed out properly by a reputable plumberI did make a mistake which I willingly take full responsibility forI inadvertently put down the incorrect amount for the snakingThe amount is $which you will see that I have attachedI have, nor have I received any other documentation regarding the attempt for repair on the days in questionI am requesting a FULL refund as the service was not performed to my satisfactionI did not request for the toilet to be removedI requested snaking to be done outside, not through the toiletI feel that I should not have to pay for something that was not done to my satisfactionThe repair (clog) was not completedInstead, I was led to believe that I needed to mortgage my home to have a street sewer repair done due to a broken sewer line, which turned out to be FALSEAlso, I have no idea what a water closet is, nor have I ever even seen the receipt that was provided that claimed the water closet was repairedThe clog was in the sewer line and the toilet was pulled and and placed back after several attempts at unclogging the lineThis is not something I should have to pay for as the clog was not removed

I called My Plumber - VA/MD, Adam O*** came out to my home and provided a solution to my problem with the toilet overflowed, flooded the bathroom floor, caused the ceiling in the living room to leak water He was incredibly knowledgeable, very customer friendly, shared all the options available to me in fixing this problemI am very pleased that I decided to replace my toilet with a new one The work done was just super!!!
I contacted My Plumber Heating and Cooling to fix issues with my HVAC system that a previous company wasn't able to fixDarrell (the technician) was extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable and cautious with my wood floors as he was doing his inspectionAlthough I had many questions, he was very patient in giving me thorough explanationsI would highly recommend him and will gladly request him for future maintenance on my HVAC system

Customer states she was told by two other companies that she was given poor service and she still had original parts, when in fact our service manager was involved with this situation from start to completion and personally conducted a service call along with our technical field supervisor.We replaced generic parts with factory replacements at no cost to customer.We supplied window units to this customer which is normally reserved for customer systems that we install.We have gone above and beyond to satisfy this customer to the tune of over $in no charge work. The technician was courteous and friendly He explained the problem and the best solution for our situation He suggested a setting to optimize our cooling system to ensure the house was more evenly cooled (which was a problem I had mentioned to him in passing) He wore his protective booties in the house and removed them on each of several trips outside He gave me his card and said I could request him by name and I believe I will do that as he was a pleasure to work with
