I was given a great recommendation by a relative to ask for Brandon S [redacted] of My Plumber Heating and Cooling He was GREAT!!!! Very professional, answered any questions I had about the work and made sure I understood He was just wonderful! I was so happy that my relative recommended Brandon S [redacted] from My Plumber Brandon has great customer service...a perfect fit for the company and a really nice young man

Joe L [redacted] performed a plumbing maintenance inspection under a priority service contract we have with My Plumber During the review, he noticed that an expansion tank on our water heater was incorrectly installed by a previous My Plumber staff member He took the time to correct the error at no charge to us Joe was courteous and knowledgeable He answered all questions we posed with good humor; he offered additional products without a high pressure sales pitch He checked the anode rod and changed it at my request while explaining the purpose and utility of installing a new rod We were very pleased with Joe and his assistant during this visit

we have empathy for what the ***’s have/are enduring we will not accept
liabilityWe were not aware of the
asbestos situation until after customer informed us, we are not a contractorRegardless of time frame of
installation of floors, we still were not aware of asbestosHearsay is not admissible,
we have no record of this conversation from any employee who worked on this
project concerning turning off the AC unitWe can provide video of how much
dust is created by performing similar projectsCustomer’s lack of knowledge of asbestos in his
home does not make us liable
Air was tested when it was convenient for
customerThe contractor we selected was a neutral 3rd
party company that we have never had any business dealings with and was recommended
by *** of Northern Virginia as they do not conduct indoor air quality
measurementsCustomer has rejected our attempts on several
occasions to complete work which consists of reconnecting plumbing in basement
bathWe do attempt to provide 100% customer satisfaction
when warranted, however this is not a situation, we cannot/will not
provide $worth of work free of chargeWe as any company reserve the right to complete any remedial work, after
the fact customer called us on September 25, for service call due to leak
under kitchen sink

Darrell T arrived on time and did an excellent job of assessing the condition of my furnace He was pleasant, courteous, and efficient He is a good representative of My Plumber

----------From: Date: Fri, Mar 13, at 10:AMSubject: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania in regards to your complaint #***.To: ***Dear Revdex.com: I did hear from two representatives from My Plumber since contacting you with my complaint They subsequently credited my *** account for the amount I had to pay another plumbing company to correct their shoddy work I explained to both callers that the reason I contacted you (Revdex.com) was because they ignored my phone call after I called them to lodge a complaint At the time, I was told that a member management would call me back but they did not After waiting two weeks I decided to contact you After you notified My Plumber, I did receive a call from management who asked my to provide them with a paid receipt for the work I had to have done to correct the failure of my garbage disposal they installed The credit was handled in an expeditious manner at that point The manager who did call me said he was finishing a letter to the Revdex.com (which apparently they did not?) and was only waiting to hear from me so he could resolve the problem He also told me that if I had contacted them when the problem occurred it would have had been resolved without the need to contact the Revdex.com The problem was, their tech told me that "because I supplied the part (garbage disposal) there was no warranty" and so noted it on the invoice. Because the time of their work and the subsequent failure of the unit was only a few months, it really did not occur to me that it was due to their workmanship rather than the unit itself It is easy for someone to say after the fact "you should have contacted us" but given their no warranty warning (verbal and in writing) and thinking it must have been component failure, I took the action I did.
All is resolved and I thank you for the efficiency and speed of your assistance in this matter.
