Adam O. And Rob R. Were very helpful today. They replace our water heater and our bathroom faucet. And cleaned up after themselves! Great job guys, thanks. This is why we always use My Plumber

I called My Plumber with a washing machine overflowing and they came within an hour, Brian M. was very efficient and took care of my problem right away. He was very courteous and would definitely call My Plumber VA/MD again!

Wally arrived on time. He was attentive to the problem and courteous at all times. He tried several things before making the final determination that we needed new chargers in both sides of the shower/tub diverter. This was a bit more than we expected, but he was able to find a discount to help out. All was back the way it should be (water on and electricity to water heater on, clean up) when he left. He worked with us and di a great job.

[redacted] I stated in my initial complaint that I was refunded $411.00 on 6/16/15 and a total of $148.00 on 7/11/15.  I am requestinig my Itemized Statement which as I stated in my complaint, I requested the statement on 5 separate occasions.  It makes me begin to wonder if they are trying to hide or not disclose information that is my right to have this information that I was billed for.

I was very impressed with Chris W’s professionalism and great service. The primary reason for the service call was to repair a shower leak. Chris checked the water pressure and found it was too high as well as discovering there was another leak in my master bathroom faucet. He offered some options/recommendations for the additional fixes. Based on his recommendations, he repaired the shower leak and replaced the main water pressure valve and faucet. Chris was courteous, considerate and informative. He was very conscientious about not tracking in dirt so he wore the booties and cleaned up everything upon completion. Last but not least he saved me some money with discounts.

Joe L[redacted] is an excellent representative of My Plumber. He came to our home and was very courteous and efficient. He understood the request, immediately showed me what he would do and the total cost of the job. The work was completed in a very professional manner. I will use Joe in the future and recommend him and My Plumber to my friends

Steve Z was very detailed, neat and efficient. I'll always ask that the company sends him to my home in the future.

My experience with Jonathan B of My Plumber was very positive. No one particularly likes getting estimates but Jonathan was prompt, concise, and friendly. I must say it ranks high on the list of my getting estimates of any kind in the past.

Alex B. resolved my plumbing problem with my first floor toilet. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done and gave me options. I chose the option that best
suited my needs at the present time. He was pleasant, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about his work. The next time I have to call My Plumber I will specifically ask for Alex B.

Joe L[redacted] with My Plumber did a great job as our congregation dealt with some major plumbing issues. He was professional and walked us through everything that needed to be done. He was on time, efficient, and informative.

Someone came out within 2 hours of calling and that was in the afternoon. Fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and cleaned up .
I am repeat customer and they have always been upfront with what needs to be done and give me the estimate before the work is starter.
