and will explain what they are doing.

Very professional. No wasted time. Fast and efficient. Friendly and helpful.

I received excellent service from technician Michael C[redacted] this morning when he diagnosed the problem with my gas hot water heater pilot light. There was a dislodged wire which he quickly reattached and then lit the pilot light without any further problems noted. He was very professional in a friendly way explaining many aspects of my particular water heater. As a bonus he left me two gifts....a new plunger and indoor/outdoor thermometer!

We had what appeared to be a leak in a second floor bathroom manifesting itself as a bubbling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom just below it. It was not an emergency, but the issue was important to diagnose and fix. I called My Plumber - I saw the company's truck in the neighborhood the day before, John M[redacted] was at our place in no more than an hour. In the next hour the problem was solved along with some other odd repairs completed. John was courteous, focused, knowledgeable, willing and capable to help. He also charged a reasonable price. I would highly recommend the company, and especially John. My neighbor already asked me for a referral.

On February 24, 2016, Darrell T., Service Pro from My Plumber Heating & Cooling, visited my home to service my three year old furnace (purchased from My Plumber Heating & Cooling). From my explanation, Darrell completely understood my concerns and he explained in terms that I could understand what the problem might be. After conducting his inspection, he assured me that my furnace was operating as it should with no problems. Darrell was professional, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable about his business. He answered any questions that I had without hesitation. He encouraged me to become a Priority Club member, which I did. If I could request a particular service pro, I would definitely request Darrell T, a very nice guy.

My Plumber representative John W. (2802JW) was very professional, in fact, he appeared to be an expert in his field. He did an excellent job finding the problem I was having with my furnace and quickly solved the problem and immediately fixed my furnace. This is a Technical Field Supervisor and Company I will highly recommend to all of my friends.

I am rejecting this response because as stated in the complaint, we propose that the company remove the system that has been installed, and that we will pay $195 for the services that were actually requested.
In a review of the documents that were provided by My Plumber, there is nothing to substantiate that [redacted] was actually shown or told the price of the service.  As everything was done electronically, her signature could have been secured by telling her that she was signing off on the toilet repair, which was the item she had requested.
The response also lists a Ms. [redacted] (who is that?) and several calls made to Ms. [redacted]'s home.  No call could have been made in 2013, as there is absolutely no record in any of her records of payment for such a service.
In addition, the paper mailed to Ms. [redacted]'s home was postmarked Feb 11, FIVE days after the contracts were said to have been signed, and THREE days after the cooling off period ;mentioned in the contract.  The very first opportunity Ms. [redacted] could have even seen them in writing was February 12. if the mail arrived promptly the day after mailing.  I called a hold on the charge on Feb 16, as soon as I found out about it on Feb 15th.
We reiterate that her position is to remove the system, at no charge, no charge paid for installation of the system, and our payment of $195 for repair of the toilet.

I received your only and final notice concerning [redacted] today.
We work by the job/task and not the hour, each job/task has an associated task number and price.Our business model is 50% of each job is for labor and parts, 45% is for overhead and 5% is profit.
The two jobs that we charged [redacted] for are:[redacted] Furnish/install new [redacted] White Toilet, which includes disposal of old toilet $776. There is a two year warranty on this work.
[redacted] Install new toilet flange in basement bath $716. There is a two year warranty on this work.
After refunds customer paid a total of $1492.
A copy of this letter is being sent to customer to her email address [redacted].com.
This correspondence closes this matter.

Alex B. f rom My Plumber Heating & Cooling was a fantastic representative of his company. We had a kitchen leak we couldn't find and he found it within seconds. In addition to fixing the leak, which was an emergency, he fixed some other things we've been meaning to get to. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job explaining everything. I like that he spelled out the costs in detail ahead of time and provided options according to price. I will call My Plumber again next time, and, if it's not an emergency, I'll wait until Alex B. is available. He's great!

Maintenance call ... on time ... very professional. Took the time to explain my 3 HVAC systems and suggested ways to improve them without a sales pitch. Cleaned all filters and took the time to tell me how to do this myself regularly. Didn't seem rushed and was very knowledgeable.

Michael T[redacted] /friendly service /explain all what he was going to do/patience /answer all questions/worked to complete the assignment and cleanup after.

Appointment made quickly. Called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Brandon was very polite an answered questions very professionally.
He cleaned up any mess and wore protective shoe covers! They even had coupons for the work done. Payment was easy with a check, credit card or cash.
VERY pleased with his work. Will contact My Plummer again if the need arises and will ask for Brandon!!

While my scheduled time for service was in the am, I received status calls throughout the day. Once Darrell T arrived he was friendly and courteous. I was updated on the all work/evaluations performed. Darrell also explained My Plumber's process for cleaning ducts and provided an estimate for that service. I would definitely refer My Plumber to family and friends.

Mike was professional, courteous, and efficient.

Bennett F. did a wonderful job. He was able to make corrective repairs to our Aprilaire whole house humidifier missed when the unit was first installed some 20-years ago by another company.
He installed the new water pad and housing without the use of a ladder. Then he shook the unit to check for any movement or noise; there were none!
His personality is such he appears to be a guest as opposed to a vendor.
This is his second visit and a real joy.

I have used My Plumber Heating and Cooling for a long time, about 10 years. Adam O./Chris W. came out today when I had a clog in my water line going outside. I really appreciate how they explain things and I know they can be a little more expensive, but I have never had any trouble with any work they have done. They have always gone above and beyond in being helpful and understanding. Adam fits into the polite and helpful service that I have always received.

Oscar was fantastic. Within 90 minutes of our discovering the plumbing problem in our house, he was on-site and solving the issue! He was knowledgeable, efficient, patient in answering all of our questions, and courteous. We look forward to working with him and My Plumber in the future.

Jonathan B came to my house and found the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable about his trade. Yes I would use him again. I used my plumber in the past and I had an ok experience with them. I only used them again due to a warranty I have on the HVAC system they put in 3 years ago. Jonathan told me to use them again due to the fact the company has changed.

The plumber came the same day, no problem, his name was Mark K[redacted] He was excellent, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, advised how to avoid the problem in the future. Very excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. And got to my home very promptly, even after 5 PM. I have always had a good experience with "My Plumber" and this was no exception - in fact every time I have a problem the service is better and better. Mark was truly excellent and I recommend him without any reservations. Very professional, courteous, smart and efficient service.

Darrell T was awesome. He was prompt, professional and hard-working. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the work he performed. I would recommend My Plumber and in particular (Darrell T) to anyone needing AC/Heater service. Great Job!
