Larry W[redacted] resolved my problem in a timely and professional manner. He showed me what was causing my problem and showed me the bad part before replacing it. I am satisfied with his service.

I was very pleased with the service I received from John W. with My Plumber Heating & Cooling. He was knowledgeable, competent, courteous and friendly, and had good communication skills.

I have reviewed the process for the cancellation of our Priority Membership Home Service Plan with our Accounting Department..  I understand one our Customer Service Representatives signed for a certified letter from **. [redacted] on March 4, 2014.  However,...

the monthly withdrawals are automatic bank withdrawals.  The withdrawals are processed by the bank at midnight the 4th of every month.  By the time we received the cancellation letter for **. [redacted] the withdrawal had already taken place.  Apparently, somewhere, somebody did not get that letter to our HSP Accounting Manager, and she had no knowledge of the letter when she spoke to **. [redacted] later in the month.  We have made steps to make sure mail gets to the appropriate personnel ASAP.  We are sorry for that mistake.
On behalf of My Plumber Heating and Cooling, I apologize to **. [redacted] that this has been a bad experience for her.  Since notification of this complaint , her funds have been returned.  It was not our intention to take advantage of **. [redacted] or to be difficult.

John W[redacted] was my technician and did an outstanding job. He explained everything & was very professional. I had a problem with one of my HVACs and needed immediate assistance. I would definitely use them again.

Joe L[redacted] service specialist/technical Field Supervisor, was at my home to perform priority club pre-paid plumbing inspection today. He and his assistant were polite and Joe made recommendations. The inspection was complete and very professionally done.
Joe is the type of service specialist that puts a customer at ease, and he really knows his stuff! I was comfortable and satisfied with the work done.
Bravo Joe!!

Your A&C Technician, Darryl B., on his first visit found the reason why my new heat pump kept tripping the circuit breaker when I turned on the heating unit for the first time. ( It was installed in June 2015.) The previous technician who was sent to my home tested the heat pump heating features, found that everything was working properly and thought that everything was o.k. The next cool morning that we had, we turned on the heat and the heat pump tripped again. Darryl B. discovered that the other heating company that installed our old heat pump in1998 used circuit breakers with lower amps (30 amps) which were sufficient for our old heat pump. Darryl B. installed new circuit breakers with 60 amps. The My Plumper installers were not aware of this when they installed our new heat pump. We are thankful to Mr. Darryl B. for discovering this. Everything works fine now, and we are enjoying it very much.

Great attitude of the plumber. An honest appraisal of the problem. Then a willingness to compromise on the cost based on the time and effort put into the project. Creative problem solving along with hard physical work gives Richard M[redacted] of My Plumber an excellent representative for the company.

Wayne F. was clean, open, honest, competent, swift and got along with our dogs. That makes him sound like a Boy Scout, I know. The sound of water once again swiftly draining and not leaking, however, makes him sound like a top-notch plumber.

I have used My Plumber before and have nothing but good things to say about them. From the phone call requesting service to the service technician everyone was extremely polite and very professional; Felt as if I was talking with a friend. The technician definitely knew what he was doing and did it quickly and left no mess! I will definitely use them again and request for John to be the tech.

Stephanie H. did a fantastic job! She is nice, polite, clean, and knows her stuff. She replaced a hot water tank, fixed the toilets and installed faucets. I highly recommend Stephanie.

I had a contract with My Plumber that included an annual check up on my three HVAC units. Darrell T was the technician that came to do the work. He was very professional and friendly. He worked efficiently and gave me regular updates about how his check up was going. I fully expected that he would find something wrong that would require a costly repair, just because this has happened before. But instead he said he found nothing wrong, and that all the units were operating properly! He couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and nice. I was impressed.

Joe L[redacted] performed a plumbing maintenance inspection under a priority service contract we have with My Plumber. During the review, he noticed that an expansion tank on our water heater was incorrectly installed by a previous My Plumber staff member. He took the time to correct the error at no charge to us. Joe was courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all questions we posed with good humor; he offered additional products without a high pressure sales pitch. He checked the anode rod and changed it at my request while explaining the purpose and utility of installing a new rod. We were very pleased with Joe and his assistant during this visit.

John W[redacted] is outstanding!!!!!! He performed quarterly maintenance on my furnace. His is professional and defines clearly and accurately his task of duty. I would recommend John to my family and friends. Thank you John!!!!!!

Lee D[redacted] from My Plumber is an outstanding technician and provided great customer service. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional, and took the time to explain the problem and alternatives in laymen terms. My Plumber has responded to every service call with same day service. I highly recommend Mr. D[redacted] and My Plumber for all your HVAC needs.

I was very pleased with my first experience using My Plumber. They were able to send a technician on the same day that I called (a Saturday!). Phil K was very knowledgable and thorough. Not only did he examine the problem about which we had called, but he also pointed out some other helpful changes that we ended up making. He started work that evening and was able to come back two days later to finish work on our plumbing problems. Phil K explained everything that had been done, he was very respectful to our family and home, and he cleaned up completely after we was finished.
