I spoke to our customer service rep *** who I copied on this issue.

I already opened the bars to ensure that I did not like any of the flavorsAfter taking a bite of each and being disgusted, I threw the bars out A satisfaction guarantee by nature requires you to test the product so sending back unopened product for a refund and having to pay for the shipping myself does not sound like a guarantee to me (even if I still had the unopened bars to send back) I received the bars almost two months after I ordered them after being "guaranteed" that they would arrive by several different dates I would just like JB to come to an understanding of what a guarantee is and not make promises to their customers they cannot keep I ordered from you; I was unsatisfiedPlease refund me the money I wasted on your bars based on your satisfaction guarantee

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would only be satisfactory to me if they send the other flavor sunflower butter instead or the coconut which I already emailed to them last week which they told me I would have received last monday which I NEVER got. Now they sent the same response. If they can send me the bars by the latest Monday next week I will be ok with it including the free box that can also be one of the flavors I already chose that is in stock. If not refund my money please. This is crazy that they sent me this same message weeks ago.Why does this company charge people the day after they take the order and send a shipping note every time and then not ship the item for months which their guarantee is 5-business days. Unacceptable also no phone number to call and unresponsive or the same emails over and over again with no resolutionI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

On May 27th Julian Bakery responded to my Complaint that was filed regarding me paying for items that I have not received and monies that they indicated to me would not be refunded for the same.They then responded through the Revdex.com which stated they offered me an immediate refund of monies that same day, sending out a different order that was altered to what they had available the following day or waiting until Tuesday May 31st for my original order (order no***) to be immediately shipped that day.I accepted ANY of those three things in an effort to resolve the matter. To date, June 7, 2016, NOT ONE of those things have occurred.So this matter is not resolved and I'd like to proceed with my complaint.Sincerely,*** ***

I ordered some bread and it is disgusting They mistakenly sent gluten free bread They will not let me return it We cannot even eat it...it is so terrible
