I had a negative experience with Julian Bakery including delivery of bad products and poor customer serviceI spent hundreds of dollars over several years ordering from Julian Bakery and have not had any problems until my last order, which contained protein bars that were melted into their wrapper and, after having tasted a couple of them, were clearly spoiled upon deliveryI threw the bars away immediately and contacted Julian Bakery to resend the products or refund my $Instead, Julian Bakery responded, both via several emails and telephone, with excuses upon excuses of why Julian Bakery cannot possibly reimburse me in any wayI sent Julian Bakery an image of a melted bar I still hadJulian Bakery stated they were UNABLE to reimburse me unless they had images of ALL damaged items and claimed Julian Bakery had never encountered such an issue beforeso Julian Bakery appears to abuse their loyal customers' trust and tries to have them jump through hoops instead of owning up to their mistakes, which they appear to have a long record of makingI don't understand how Julian Bakery stays in business with such a poor attitude and low-class servicethere are plenty of protein bars and Paleo products out there and merchants other than Julian Bakery that offer decent service for your moneyI will certainly be avoiding Julian Bakery in the future and I suggest you do the same!

On 1/5, I ordered a box of the Paleo coconut shred protein bars Order #JBfrom Julian BakeryOn 1/13, I received a box of cinnamon roll bars I called to let them know Their (***) response was that they would send a box of the correct bars next week and put a return label in the mail for me to go stand in line at the post office and return the wrong bars that I received
To me, good customer service would have been, I'm sorry we made a mistake, go ahead and enjoy the cinnamon roll bars and we will send you the correct bars out ASAP at no cost
Not, drive to your nearest post office and stand in line and return the wrong ones!
