I do not believe the company is being truthful about the delayThis is a recycled response (used previously in response to complaints here as well) and if the equipment was broken, how are other products produced in the same machines still being produced for sale in other venues? I have received my refund and will consider this matter closed, though I still find Julian Bakery to be operating under deceitful and immoral processes

We apologize for the extended delay caused by production issues in the Primal Protein Bar line

I placed an order of $in protein bars with this company on March Today is May 25th(!) and I still have not received my order! In the order confirmation it says it would arrive in 7-daysOn April 4th a tracking number was created, and I received this message "Your order was baked and shipped on 04/06/and you can track it on 04/07/You should receive your order on or around 04/08/2016." Well that was obviously a lie, and from here on I heard nothingI kept tracking the shipment, but it never actually showed as shippedBetween 4/& 5/9, I wrote the company five times, asking where my order was - no response! I also tried calling the customer service number, but could not reach anyone nor leave a voicemailOn 5/(after publicly complaining on Julian Bakery's Facebook page!) I FINALLY received an email, saying the company had a piece of production equipment failNo one even cared to inform waiting customers about this!? I had already been waiting for over month! They also still kept advertising their protein bars on their Facebook page.This is the email I received: "The issue is now resolved and we are producing again and will ship orders placed after 05/within 48rsIf you want to wait for your order to ship complete it will ship on or before 05/for delivery on 05/or we can modify your order with these flavors (below) and ship Tomorrow" I declined to modify my order and demanded that my order would ship ASAPWell, I never received my order on 5/20...still waitingThis is their most recent "promise" :"All delayed orders will deliver on or before 05/and we ask you check your tracking number(s) you were originally e-mailed around 05/28." The email doesn't even make sense, because 5/is this coming Saturday...!?
Apart from this mess, I already had a bad experience with Julian Bakery in 2012, where I received moldy bread 2x in a row (still have the pictures & emails)Should have known better back then

I placed an order in the beginning of April for protein bars with this companyThey told me it would ship out within a few days and gave me a date to expect the packageA shipping label was created for arrival on April On April 21, I contacted the business because my package had not arrivedI received an automated response telling me the protein bars were on back-order and I would receive them within a couple weeksThey gave me a date to expect the deliveryA week after that date, I contacted them again to let them know the delivery had not arrivedI received another automated response telling me they were still on back-order and giving me another date to expect them, or that I could email back to cancel the orderThe next day I received a cryptic email from "Gladys" with customer support telling me to double-check that they were probably shipped and it hadn't updated in the system yetI had no means of double-checking anything because I had no tracking number so I responded with a request to cancel my orderOn the day delivery was expected nothing arrived so I assumed I was in the clear and it had been canceledTwo weeks later the bars were delivered, I checked my credit card and I was charged for themThey were tossed into a plastic shipping bag and had all flattened, dented, etcI sent an email to customer service regarding my not wanting of the bars and received no response, even after telling them I would contact Revdex.com

We are so sorry this happened as our co-packing facility made a small batch of bars that had to much water resulting in moldThis issue has now beenresolved and we would of course refund your money as we want you to be happyPlease send your order # as I don't see an

I do not approve the business response because it does not address the issue of advertisement nor do they plan to put me in a position where I am not at a lossThe company repeatedly, on many forums, makes a boiler plate "apology" resulting in a refundThe purchasers, including myself, are reimbursed but the company has no consequenceThis is unacceptableA company cannot offer any sort of guarantee, repeatedly break that guarantee, and still get an A+ rating by Revdex.comIn a very short amount of time there have been complaints regarding this company (that I am aware of to date)Knowing that most people don't take the time to complain - I can only image how many people are being lied to just like I wasHad the company provided superb customer service and offered some sort of compensation in a form that would actually hurt their bottom dollar (be it free samples, store credit, including delivery of original order - anything) that would evidence a true apologyThat would show that the company understands its wrong doing, cares about its customers, and would work to fix the issue because repeated "bottom dollar hits" cannot continueBut no - this company wants continue to violate its advertisement claims, NEVER send products out, literally months after the order was placed contact their customers, and then make a simply stock apology, refund the money, and move onUnacceptableAs it is clear that my order still has not shipped even though it has been days since I placed my order, I would like a complete refund of my money and the company to stop their advertisement tactics

I sent an email to cancel this order prior to them shipping itThey did not cancel the order and shipped it anywayIf you look at the reviews for this company on your website along with reviews on ***, you will see that they have a history of this behaviorI immediately marked the package refused when it arrived and put it back in the mailboxThe postal carrier picked it up the following dayMy monies need to be refunded immediatelyThis is the only outcome that will be satisfactory to me besides giving this company an F grade on your website so that they will be less able to scan someone in the future
