Review: I ordered 4 loaves (2 each of 2 different kinds) of bread and 4 bottles of syrup. We opened and tasted 1 of each kind. They were dry, bland and tasted disgusting. We couldn't even choke it down, but had to spit it out. One was a cinnamon bread that was described as having a nice cinnamon flavor. We couldn't taste the cinnamon at all. We opened and tasted 1 of the syrups. It was ok. Two of the 4 bottles of syrup had a loose safety seal and had leaked during shipping and are unusable. I have contacted them by phone, email and contact page on website numerous times (probably about 10) over the last 2 months, but have never received a response.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund including shipping.

Also, what about the 2 syrups that had loose/broken safety seals and can not be used? Surely they have to refund me for those since it isn't safe for us to eat them.

Per our websites how to order page we don’t offer refunds on non­perishable products but are

willing to re­ship 4 different breads of the customers choice for free. Additionally we can also

replace at no cost the 2 bottles syrup which leaked.
