I talked to all five customer service reps and they said the following:
We had no emails in our system from him until

The reason we could not get your order shipped out on 2/, is
because we were waiting for our shipment of Stevia to arriveIt was
supposed to be shipped to us on 2/but due to weather issues, it did
not arrive to us until 2/That is the reason your tracking number
had not updated yetWe did however, bake your order fresh on Monday

We are an extremely small company and try to notify as many
customers as we possibly can about back ordered items, but sometimes
we can't get back to everyone right away, due to only having a few

This company must delete negative comments and reviews because dealing with them so far has been an absolute mess. I ordered from them months ago, placed an order, was told it would ship and was given a ship date. It shipped three weeks after that ship date. About two months later I got an email saying that all production problems were solved and that they were happy to say that all orders were shipping out within days. So I decided to give them a try again. I ordered again and to my delight was given a tracking number and an estimated day of delivery that was within a week. After that week went by, nothing shipped. Days later a generic email is sent out saying that by next month their shipping problems should be solved and everything should be shipped within days. If your order is on backorder, they apologize. I email them to ask them if my order was on backorder, no response. I email them again to ask when my order will ship, it is now 3 weeks after I placed the order and I am told it will ship in a week. That is 4 weeks later. I ask to cancel my order for a refund. I am told that I will have one within 48 hours. It's now been 11 days since the refund request. No refund. No product. PS - I ordered vitamins, which should have been shipped right away. A loaf of bread, bars and wraps. Wraps should be ready to go. I can see the bread and bars taking time but this is just a MESS. Avoid them unless you want a headache

I have ordered product online from this business in April- I was notified that my order was shipped and was sent a tracking number- The shipment was never rec'd. When I contacted the business via email a few times , I was informed there had been equipment issues and the shipment would be delayed. As each stated ship date passed , I would check back to the Business site and find yet another pushed back/delayed shipment date, now approaching 2 months. I am wondering if I will see my money or my shipment of goods. Too bad I really wanted to try the product..

We are sorry for the delays and issues caused by the delayed equipment. Attached you will find a copy of your refund receipt.Please note we have purchased additional equipment to prevent future delays and will be shipping all orders within 2 business daysafter 05/18.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I already opened the bars to ensure that I did not like any of the flavors. After taking a bite of each and being disgusted, I threw the bars out.  A satisfaction guarantee by nature requires you to test the product so sending back unopened product for a refund and having to pay for the shipping myself does not sound like a guarantee to me (even if I still had the unopened bars to send back).  I received the bars almost two months after I ordered them after being "guaranteed" that they would arrive by several different dates.  I would just like JB to come to an understanding of what a guarantee is and not make promises to their customers they cannot keep.  I ordered from you; I was unsatisfied. Please refund me the money I wasted on your bars based on your satisfaction guarantee.

We are terribly sorry for the delay on shipping your order. We had a major piece of production equipment go out which caused the delay.Your ordr order had been shipped on 02/16 and will deliver tomorrow on 02/19 Please use this tracking...

Note: The Shipping tag was created on 02/03 but your order didn't ship on 02/16. To ensure this type of delay
doesn't happen again we have setup a secondary large facility to handle the large increase in orders we are getting.
This facility will be up and operational in the first week of March. 
As we have been in business since 1990 there has been very few times we have had a major piece
of production equipment go out.

We are sorry you didn't get the delay notices we sent which outlined revised dates. As you posted your comment to a promotedad it was not properly placed. We always do our best to ensure we ship on time but on occasion their are things beyond our control.If you do decide to order please email...

The vitamins we sell are sealed completely was the seal broken upon arrival or just the cap? Do you have pictures to validate your claim?
