Emailed company twice requesting information regarding my order placed on 4/14/They sent me a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that does nothing, it cannot be trackedI have not received my order, or any contact from them regarding an issue with my order, even after I've called and emailedIt's now May 11th, almost a month after I placed my order

Also, what about the syrups that had loose/broken safety seals and can not be used? Surely they have to refund me for those since it isn't safe for us to eat them.

I ordered from Julian Bakery on 4/1/2016. I received an email on the 13th saying that my order was baked and shipped and should be receiving it on the 20th. They also sent me the tracking number. When I tried to track my package there was no new updates. I tried emailing them twice and got no response. When I called their toll free number I got a pre-recorded message that said there were delays due to equipment failure. There mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a message to cancel my order. I see that I am not the only one complaining about them. Their company is nothing short of scandalous and lying should not be one of their business practices!!
