Charles, the mechanic that answered my questions, responded promptly and accurately. Gave descriptions, links, and even photos to help guide me. Very satisfied and will use again in the future!

I was really helped by the professional help that I received, especially after having tried to google the answers to my question without getting satisfactory results. It was worth the money spent to have a detailed answer to my question and know that the source was professional and reliable. And, I appreciated being able to come back on the initial question, for another two times and receive answers so quickly. I would recommend this site. It was worth the money!!!!

I had a question about wiring a second zone on my boiler. Ended up having the assistant calling me to explain but well worth it. Rick gave me perfect instructions and I wired up the second zone with no problems.

I was so pleased with the response I got when asking how to hook up the sound from my DVD to my computer. He was really patient with me while having me complete the information he gave me. It worked perfectly the first time. Thank you so much. It made my husband happy because he could watch his War movies.

Adam answered my question regarding my Mercedes wiring for a connection to my grill led star light, he was prompt and correct as to which wire to connect to for 12 volt power when headlights were activated

I think this is a great service when trying to fix a broken appliance by yourself

This is a great site where I have been able to connect with experts in all types of fields and get expert answers to difficult questions. I recently paid $28 to ask a medical question and was very satisfied with the answer. A week later, I was charged an additional $46 for a membership I didn't want or agree to. I spent 1/2 hour talking to a customer service rep that explained it was in the fine print of the last purchase I made and trying everything to convince me to keep it. I realized there are literally hundreds of complaints for the same thing. It's sad they are ruining a good site.

This was a marvelous experience. The auto mechanic that helped me was concise with answers and has saved me A LOT of $$$$$. He led me into doing more research with my auto manufacturer and I found that my car's issue is covered under a special extended warranty.

Very accurate info

Wonderful response time. My doberman was vomiting repeatedly after eating an entire large edible bone. Packaging said it was long lasting and easily digestible but she had eaten it in minutes and something was wrong. She could keep nothing down at all the entire following day. Not even a sip of water. The vet on call phoned me within minutes and assessed the urgency and her situation with all the details and symptoms, making me feel calm with his game plan and a final emergency plan in case she took an unlikely turn. She did not. Today, she is much better. I was close to spending a lot on emergency diagnostics which I would have been ok with if I felt she was in pain (she was not) but It’s so great to have this service for peace of mind and guidance.

They answered my question and helped me set up my new printer to my Chromebook as this was the first Chromebook I have ever owned. They were very patient with me as I was just learning how to use the Chromebook*** was my technician an he was awsum.

A quick answer and the correct parts diagram saved me a trip to the tractor dealership.

I had mechanical questions about how to fix my car. Pete, the technician, was very qick, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

My dog ate something that she shouldn't have and the vet was right there to help. Doc Paul told me to induce vomiting and stayed with me until she was fine. I am going to tell all my friends and family!

Horrible SCAM..... Their $5 answer comes with an $85 membership. USE EXTREAM CAUTION. If you do not cancel within so many days they tag you for a full year membership. This should be illegal, it is certainly immoral. SCAM SCAM SCAM ...stay away.

When you posted the initial question for $5 you received communication on 2 different pages including the billing page that the $5 charge for the first question was part of a free week trial. We also sent out several E-mails about this to the E-mail address on file.
We can see that you were able to reach out to our Customer Care team and that we have been able to opt you out of the recurring billing.

Just Answer used vague information to entice me to "sign up" for a "free" trial membership, I was in a state of stress regarding my aunt in California, and was mislead by this web site. I paid $5.00 for this "free membership, and received a response from a lawyer who did not practice outside of Ohio, so he could not help me. I do not think I gave a password when I signed up, nor did I record any such information. A few months later I started noticing this charge on my monthly statement for $46.00, I realized that Just Answer was charging me a monthly fee of the same amount. Before I cancelled the membership, Just Answer had charged me a total of $138.00 for Sept, Oct. and Nov of 2018. I dispute that I signed up for a monthly charge. Hazy information by your company is misleading and a scam! Recently the bank sent me a letter saying that the $46.00 had been reapplied to my charge. So in addition to losing the $92.00 to your cleverly worded lack of information, I am going to lose another $46.00. Wow! How do you people in Customer Care like working for a dishonest firm? I suppose it does not even faze you. Do you have any conscience at all? Our society has gone from one in which people were hard working honest people to lazy heartless

In looking at your account we can see that there were several chargebacks initiated on the transactions on the account. Charegback processing is done by your bank or card issuer and can take anywhere from several days up to 90 days, which is why we always try to ask customers to reach out to our Customer Care team to resolve these billing concerns.
At this time, the funds have been pulled back by your bank or card issuer. If they have not yet given the funds back to you, or have ruled against the chargeback, you will need to resolve this issue with your bank or card issuer.
We do try to make the membership information as clear as possible during the sign up period and on the billing page before any billing information is even entered. I can also confirm that we've sent numerous E-mails to the E-mail address on file for both marketing and billing notification purposes.

ZERO STARS-Beware if you use this site, the trial easily turns into a membership you may not want. Very deceptive !!
