The person who answered my questions helped a lot. I can now unlock my SSA information online. I think it is a hit and miss thing. Sometimes you get a great person who gives you good advice and sometimes you might get a person who does not fully understand what you are asking about. You have to make sure you give all the information needed for him to give you the advice you are looking for.

I would not even give them 1 star except in order to write review I have to. SCAM!!! Beware of this outfit. They offer you a $5.00 trial membership but make sure you read the fine print. If you don't cancel within 7 days they charge your credit card another$46.00 per month. I did not see the so called disclosure and after complaining online and via telephone they apparently red flagged my e-mail address and I can't get to the page with the so called disclosure, I am sent directly to chat room, supposedly connected to an attorney. I originally asked a question regarding my computer printer and the answer I got was for $39.95 they would access my computer and troubleshoot it. Computer printers are cheap so I wasn't going to pay another $39.95 to just troubleshoot it or let some stranger access my computer. Even though I complained at that time I wasn't given any satisfaction from them. I thought well I'm just out $5.00. Then 2 weeks later when I was checking my credit card charges I noticed they had billed me for another $46.00. I tried to settle issue via internet but was just given the run around. I then called and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. Told me I should have read disclosure. These are greedy people, don't do business with them.

I asked a question about my dogs. I had asked through the *** service before this. The *** service just said "Take your dog to the vet immediately" with no explanation. The veterinarian I spoke with through JustAnswer gave a complete answer with exactly what I needed to watch for, and that it wasn't actually serious enough to go to the vet. I am completely satisfied with this experience.

I was very satiified with the anwser I recieved from the mechanic about my motorhome. I had the problem fixed in no time.I actually was able to talk to the mechanic on the phone and he walked me thru the procedure I needed to correct my problem. I have also downloaded the App. for future reference. I would definitely used this App again.

The bet was print on getting to me. I gave ibuprofen and then found out it could really harm her. It was 1:30 in morning. He looked it up and said I didn't give to much that she should have no problem and she didn't, she a happy pup. Had it not been for them I guess I would've been looking for local bet to help.
