has been valuable to me. He has always been prompt and courteous. His appraisals are very detailed which I greatly appreciate.

Mine was a legal question regarding shrubs and property lines. I got an answer to my question in a few short minutes. The only surprise was having to pay $5.00 then $31.00, wasn't expecting that. Yet it beats the consultation fee an attorney might have charged. Also there was a pop up asking for a $59 payment for a phone call option to have my question resolved. I ignored it then the attorney said he didn't offer phone calls. I thought this was a bit unusual Four stars because I could have been suckered into paying much more than I needed to.

They ripped me off. Asked for a $5 good faith refundable deposit. Instead of $5 they took $47 with no answer. So, I had no help from them - just a wasted $47. This was such a SCAM!!

The technician got back to me fast and got us on the right course to fixing our brake problem.

This site was very helpful and informative. The response was received very quickly and was very helpful.

I was very pleased with the prompt response from the vet. I was debating taking my boy to an emergency vet for big bucks, and his answers reassured me. He was right and all is well now.

Business is a scam. Automatic transition should be unlawful. Likewise information provided by supposed expert was weak. Panasonic should be ashamed for linking to this...

If you google "kitchenaid customer service" you will get Chat with KitchenAid Support | Techs Troubleshoot For You Now?.
If you start a chat with a question you will get an info box with a robot asking to send you to Just Answer, and specifying ?"join just answer for only $5 (FULLY REFUNDABLE)". (emphasis mine) It seems as though KitchenAid has outsourced its customer service.
This appears to be a trial membership which you can cancel within 7 days for a full refund. I expected to be provided open access to a bulletin board where the members mutually exchange problems and solutions.
However, Just Answer posts your question and an alleged "expert" responds with an offer to give you an "answer" for $24. IT'S NOT OPEN (FREE) ACCESS.
Even if you do not respond to the "expert", Just Answer considers you to have used your trial membership and they charge your credit card. Calling their number gets you somebody in India talking legalese which basically amounts to "We keep your money."
Fortunately, my credit card company stepped up and made me whole. I also called KitchenAid and informed them that Just Answer seems to be hijacking their customer service.
$5 is not a big deal, but deceptive advertising like this may rankle another unwary consumer.

If I could put in a negative number I would. I signed up for a $5 trial. They then hit my VISA for $5 and $28. I sent an email stying STOP. They then hit my VISA for another $28. This firm is not to be to be trusted. I am extremely dissatisfied. They do not care other than for money.

I recently contacted this business to get a problem correct with my TV. I was under the impression I could ask a question and pay a $5.00 fee to get my answer. So I went ahead. They resolved my issue. When I got my Visa bill I was surprised to find charges of $ 72.00. $26.00 for the question and $46.00 for a membership. I was totally surprised . I called and complained . They said they were sorry but I accepted there terms and conditions, I was not aware that I had, I believe their marketing policies are deceptive and miss leading. I think others who would try to use their service should be warned about their devious and misleading practices , and not get overcharged as I was.

In looking at the account we can see that you had agreed to a phone call with the Expert that you spoke with. The Premium Services like phone calls and remote support for computer issues do come with an additional cost. The cost is presented prior to the charge being processed on both the pop-up and on the receipt page. You are also sent a receipt email after the fact for verification.
We also send multiple notification and marketing emails to all customers prior to the membership charge being processed. It may be the case that you missed these emails.

This service advertises 24/7 answers to your technical service questions. Questions are answered in a manner of minutes. They charge $5.00 up front and an entry level membership of $28.00/month. I asked a question on a recent Saturday morning early and waited 26 hours and received no contact whatsoever from an expert or a JustAnswer representative with any status. This is a broad based answer service that I feel is too broad based and therefore can not answer anything question in a timely manner. I can understand the high number of complaints they are getting via the Revdex.com. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

At first the cost was $5 then it went up to $31 after I gave my info. Then I tried to cancel and they said it’ll take 5 business days whereas when I ordered it said 1. Misleading

Don't get caught up in their scam. They do nothing for you that you cannot do yourself on google.

I was charged $5 then $33 then $5. While try to get an answer to how much my great grandfathers pocket watch is worth. They keep playing you along try to get more money. I NEVER did get an answer. I told them I was offered $10,000 and they said for me to take it because its not worth that much. Lordy that was my answer.

Does not make it easy to cancel. You have to talk to them for 10 minutes before they will process it.

Re: "Self cleaning latch ...You have a response from the Expert"
On Thanksgiving morning I discovered that one of my ovens was acting erratically. Even though it was my third oven that was working improperly, I did need it as at least a warming oven so I found the number for this on-line repair company and called.
The gentleman that I spoke with was very polite and helpful. However, it turned out our oven could not be repaired by phone. He asked me to shut off the breaker for 10 mins and turn it back on -- which did not do the job. In response to my question, he was able to find out the age of my wall oven through the serial number. He advised me not to use it because he said it was likely to heat erratically and could become very hot.
While not what I wanted to hear, I was happy to get some professional advice on a holiday morning when my own repairman would not have been available.

is an outstanding barrister and answered my question quickly and most accurately. He is to be commended for his legal expertise and ability to work effectively with your clientele.

I am over 75 years old and it hurts me deeply to see Vets for the most part want to put an animal down without going the distance to save life. Everything is for the buck today including life. It is sad that our greed has to include our animals. I am glad that we have an option to the regular "put it down because it is old" attitude. No matter the problem. If it is one thing that turns me off it is a Vet or Doctor that fails to give their best because of age.
The last three times I have brought my animals to a local Vet it has cost me over $100.00 for a few minutes of treatment. For now at least there is a different avenue of having my animals treated.
