Since so many online platforms don't offer the chance to speak to an actual person this is quite helpful especially due to the fact that the legal answers provided by their team are quite helpful and can save a lot of time researching on your own or having to scout around for an affordable attorney. Additionally, the information they provide can help you strengthen your case when presenting it to an attorney for review and consideration! My only worry is that they won't keep charging me as one of the reviews below claims. If so then that would eliminate all of these stars....

It took two times, but I did get the answer I was looking for.

I filed a complaint with Revdex.com about Justanswer a week or two ago, since they signed me up for a monthly fee of $28 without telling me they would.
I also contacted them to complain and they have since refunded the $28 they charged me, so I'm going to believe it was an error on their part.
I appreciate the refund.
