Bought a house 2 months ago and after the first rain we noticed leaking that was not disclosed by Seller or caught by Inspector. I got very thorough answers of next steps to take from o ur Lawyer here. I'll hire one of these Attorneys when, and if, I am required to Sue for the undisclosed damages. Keep in mind to take photos, lots of photos, if you have this issue and always use professionals.
