Monday morning I got a handlebar to the rib by a cyclist coming the opposite direction I was running and collided with me. Dr. Anil not only responded quickly but made sure I was going to take time off to rest. I couldn't have been happier with his responses. I ended up going to Urgent Care the next day for x-rays to find out my ribs look okay but nothing is broken or fractured.

I almost never recommend businesses to people, and then, only if they specifically ask. So on these questions, I usually only give a 7 out of 10 when asked if I would recommend. I gave JustAnswer a 10. We just moved and found many unopened boxes of stuff from my husband's parents and grandparents. I inventoried, photoed, and repacked 5 boxes of dishes, glasses, cups, statues, silverware, plated, jewelry, etc.
I have been trying researching them on my own but could not find any information on most of the items, so have no idea of the value of any of them.
Once I was able to connect with the right person, Nora, and found out how to send copious photos, she has been able to give me much needed information. This will help me properly know what to do with these items. I could never had done this on my own.

We had several exchanges back and forth and in the end I was satisfied with the direction provided. He also provided me with a link that showed me how to replace the burnt our bulb.

The Vets I had consulted and had conversations with namely - Docs *** and *** were very knowledgeable. Although my cat is still not that well, the knowledge that I gained from my consultations with them which led to my own interest in learning thus doing more research about the medication has helped me decide what to do to bring my dear Goldie to health. I tried to get in touch again with *** and I believe he as well tried but every time I press the key that he asked me to press, I could not get through.

I was impressed with the way my problem was solver and would recommend just answer to anyone. I gave it a 4 star rating because I don't think anyone is perfect.

My computer suddenly stopped being able to receive e-mails and the problem continued for nearly two days. Very mysterious — everything else seemed normal, other programs ran fine, Internet connection good (could update Web pages), could tell from my phone that the e-mail account was still working and accumulating e-mails, but I could _not_ get them on my computer where I really needed them. The error messages said only "an unknown error has occurred in Outlook." Unusual, scary, very frustrating. Two different JustAnswer reps (Tech ***) worked with me. Very timely/prompt, pleasant, and helpful. Took several tries, but they found the solution — thank goodness! — and things are back to normal. Definitely the best $5 investment I've made in some time! I messed up and started my washing machine with the water turned off and walked away. When I went to check the washer it was stuck in pumping out mode. I couldn't advance it or have any control. It's a front loader so I couldn't get the door open and all my uniforms were in there.
