The answer I was given was "right on". I had a CD that wouldn't eject and the tech said to unplug the player for a few seconds, plug it back in and my daughter did and it worked!!
I did have to wait for about an hour for an answer so I think an estimated time of 8 minutes was alittle off. A very good service to have access to.

I was very impressed with the courtesy of Luis. He was willing to let me take my time and either wait till my son comes over to help me take the stereo part. It made me feel much better. The closest place to my home to get my stereo repair is an hour and a half away so doing it myself seems to be the best thing to do.
I had a slight misunderstanding on process and billing. I raised the concern and the response was quick, they listened, understood and fixed everything. I nice change from the runaround many companies or agencies give you. Well done.
This service alleviated an issue that Microsoft wasn't able too.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a response quickly. I was very pleased to get answers to my follow up questions on Sunday. Even though the recommended repair did not fix the problem I am happy to have had the help in diagnosing the problem. The work was well within my abilities but I needed an appliance expert to help. I will use this service again if needed.

Had what seemed like a simple DIY. Wall socket had 6 wires plugged into back, and the ground. New socket only had 4 screws to connect those 6 wires. Kevin detailed EXACTLY what needed to be done. Followed his instructions and everything works fine. I looked at DIY instructions on line but they were hard to follow, and therefore trust myself to make the exchange. Once *** instructed me I realized how simple it was. I'm a senior citizen living on SS for the $5 was well spent. I often try to save money with DIY. In the future when I need expert advice I will use JustAnswer.
JustAnswer took $46.00 from my bank account using my credit card # with out permission for a service I had not requested. So far I am unable to get a refund. Please don't use this business, you may get taken advantage of. They want me to agree to terms and conditions, but can't find them on this page. Hope I don't get scammed again by submitting this. No stars by the way.
I am on a limited income have been experiencing pain my forearm and thumb. I was worried about what was going on, and was really looking for some insight into the problem. It took a couple of tries on JustAnswer, but I got very thorough and helpful information from the doctor — both a diagnosis and what to do about it.
This was a source of relief, although it's too early to know if the suggestions will resolve my issue. I was impressed with the courtesy, knowledge, and friendliness of the doctor I interacted with.

I recently came across a document with potentially high value. I called hoping to find leads to more details. The answers provided were accurate and thorough. The response time was amazing. This is the finest such service I've ever used.
Thought I was computer savvy and wouldn't need help with anything as simple as an iPad...until I got myself into such a tangled loop that I couldn't see a way out. Called JustAnswer and got everything fixed within minutes! If I had do that in the first place, I wouldn't have wasted over 3 hours. Answers are prompt, polite and very comprehensive.

you do not get a full 7 days to try the service. hold times 4 to 5 times longer than they say. you are actually dealing with a chat center in the Phillippines. You must jump through hoops to cancel a membership and they will disconnect you just to be annoying.
When signing up for the free trial the website says it will send a reminder email that you will get charged before the end of the free trial. I did not get such email and contacted customer service the first day of my paid membership to request a refund since I did not use their service after my trial ended. They refused to refund me the fee despite not using it since you have to cancel before the trial ends. I had to ask more than once for them to cancel my membership before they actually cancelled it.

I contacted Just Answer the first of November concerning an issue with iTunes. In the initial problem statement I provided The OS and version I was using, the version of iTunes I had installed and the serial number of the device. I stated that iTunes would not recognize my device. I first question my so called expert asked me was "Can you tell me what platform/Operating system this is on please?". Information already provided. The third question ask by the expert was "Can you give me the serial number of the iPod please and the model?" Already provided.. After going back and forth about the remote access, which I didn't want, It became obvious to me that I was going to get no help unless I spent the additional $30.00 for the remote help. I finally agreed because I wanted this issue resolved. After I shared my screen he told me my device was not an Apple device. He had the serial number, he knew it was an Apple device. He ended the chat by telling me that the version of iTunes I was running would not talk to my device. He promised to follow up later that day with a version of iTunes that would work with my device. He never provided that version number. So after $35.00 and over an hour of my time the answer I received was that my original statement was correct. The version of iTunes I had would not work with my device.
I would also like to point out that when I returned to the site to cancel my membership it showed that my answer was rated with five stars. I did not provide that rating. It was not worth one star to be told what I already knew.

I was asked for a $5 fee five times! No one came to "answer" me. As far as I am concerned. This is a scam.
