When I first contacted them I really never got the answer to my question...and as a result I took care of it on my own.I have NEVER AGREED TO ANY MEMBERSHIP .I have tried to cancel this membership which I NEVER AGREED TO..emailed to cancel several times, tried back on line to stop these deductions from my account got nowhere with it. Called the 800 # as well and no ONE picks up...want my money back and I am contacted the B B &B to file. and I will also contact other ways & means to stop them from taking ANY MORE of my money. They never respond. I want this to end now.

Hello, we're very sorry for any confusion over the membership program. We checked your account and found that you enrolled in a membership plan on 5/18/2018, which came with a 7 day trial period. We apologize if it wasn't clear that you would need to opt out of the membership before the trial period ended in order to avoid being charged for the monthly membership payment. Two of your membership payments are being returned to you via bank chargebacks. The third payment has been refunded. You should see the funds on your end in 3-5 business days. Moving forward, you will not see any recurring membership charges. The account is now on a pay-per-question basis and will only be charged when a new question is posted. I enjoy thrifting learning about things I find and resale some of these. This is my current 'job' as I am service related veteran disability and having problems with a job. It is part of my Therapy. I found this website and said WOW! So I paid for the unlimited question subscription. My account was canceled for no reason. I email customer service they try walking me through steps then earlier this evening (7/22/18) I find this in my junk mail. This is there response. I didnt know that UNLIMITED was open to interpretation. I am beyond annoyed I feel insulted and would never suggest this service to Anyone!

We are reaching out to heavy users of the membership service in order to offer some tips on how to use the service more efficiently. It looks like your account triggered the overuse restriction because a lot of the questions that you are posting are, closely related appraisal questions.

Moving forward, what we wanted to suggest was that instead of posting the single questions individually, if you have multiple questions regarding similar items in one day, you can combine them into a single post and the Expert can assess the value of 2-3 similar items in the same conversation string. This is a little more efficient use of the site and the Expert's time and will give them a better idea of the scope of the collection that you're dealing with. It can also help to post fewer than 20 questions per billing period.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any confusion. We are proud to offer a membership plan that allows customers to pay one price and be able to ask multiple questions a month. Many times the cost of an in-person visit to one of these professionals would far exceed the cost of the monthly membership and few of our customers exceed their monthly use. Additionally, we provided a free coupon, that would allow you continued use of your membership until the end of your billing period.
Our membership plans are dictated by our Fair Use Policy as follows (and can be found under our FAQ - "Fair Use Policy: Memberships are intended and authorized only for personal, non-transferable, not-for-resale use only. Excessive use by any particular customer may impair JustAnswer’s ability to offer memberships at reasonable prices to other customers and/or indicate non-personal, transferred or resale use.
JustAnswer's Right to Cancel: Notwithstanding any other terms, JustAnswer reserves the right to cancel your membership or any membership program in its entirety at any time and for any reason,
including but not limited to your excessive use (as determined by JustAnswer in its sole discretion). In the event that JustAnswer cancels a membership, it will refund the current month's or year’s
membership fee.
In addition, JustAnswer reserves the right to change the terms of this membership at any time, upon notice to you via the email address in file with JustAnswer."
The Fair Use policy is designed to keep the membership program affordable for all customers, so the system may turn the membership benefits off if it detects a pattern of excessive use. If a pattern of excessive use is detected we advise the customer to be sure to post follow-up questions on the original question page, instead of opening up a new question page. We also advise customers not to post duplicate question pages. Experts are not allowed to respond to duplicate question pages so those pages end up getting closed and locked by the category moderators.
If a customer is posting questions in our Appraisals/Antiques categories and the site detects excessive use, the customer will be advised to post 2-3 similar items on one question page, in order to more efficiently use the membership benefits.

This was a positive experience. While I got two different approaches to my problem from two different experts, if I had not contacted this business, I would have been cheated of half my settlement from my ex. This information gave me leverage. It was invaluable. The expert even did calculations for me.

Just ask Keep us from making a huge mistake. The attorney took my information,did the research,and had my issue resolved within 15 minutes or more. I am so glad I found this website. I will refer my family and friends here if they need assistance with any legal issues or just have questions about anything they need resolved.

Pay $20 to talk to an expert. As soon as you pay, it's another $20 to get in answered in 30 minutes (I wouldn't have paid $20 if I didn't need an answer right away). ***. Of course, how many people are actually going to chase them for $20? So they pay back the few that complain (me) and I guess it's considered resolved. If nothing else, they hang onto your money for 3-5 business days. A Revdex.com positive rating means much less to me than it used to mean. Don't waste your time or money on this "business".

In looking at your account there was only one $20.00 charge and there shouldn't have been another charge for anything else as you had yet to receive a reply.
It looks like you had requested a refund form our customer Care team within an hour of posting your question, so if you decided to come back to the Q&A page after the refund had been issued, you might have been asked to replace the deposit that had been refunded.
