What a help they were. I had veterinary questions and my vet didn’t call me back. The vet from Just Ask had great explanations and answered all my questions thoroughly.
the technician was quite resourceful. He contacted the manufacturer to verify his suspensions about what advice he was giving. Additionally, he was patient as resolving this issue took about a week of dissecting and troubleshooting.
Terrible. Never got a response. They only thing they did right was refund my money.
I dealt with a man named *** and he was great!! Very patient and nice.
My experience with Just Answer was just horrible. Was promised an answer within a given time period and agreed on price for that answer. Poof no answer. Cancelled transaction - done right? Nope. Got visa bill yesterday - got dinged for membership. Am now attempting to cancel membership but assuming that will be an ordeal. Recommend to all - stay away from these people. 1 in 5 hates them and I am now part of that group.

It looks like you accepted a free trial of our membership program. At the end of the trial, the membership bills automatically to avoid disruptions in service. It is evident that you did not intend to continue with the membership after the trial ended, so as a courtesy I have refunded all of your membership charges. I have turned the membership billing off and you will not receive any further recurring charges.

My dog ate bu poison but the vetrenarian calmly gathered the information needed to give me prompt and detailed advice to ensure my dog was safe. Also, much cheaper than calling the ASPCA poison control hotline.
had problems with a boat motor. I contacted them at 930pm and someone contacted me at 800am. he was very knowledgeable about the boat industry and had over 20 experience.

I contacted an online vet due to a recurring problem with my cat. I needed done quick feedback as I was unable to schedule an appointment for him. The vet Dr *** was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He advised a course of action and my cat’s medical issue improved with 48 hours. I would definitely recommend this service

Beware this company. I had a very bad experience. I was tricked into thinking that I had contacted Microsoft Support. The website says Contact Microsoft Support.but it is not Microsoft which I reached. On June 17 I contacted Microsoft Support to continue resolving a problem that I had with Outlook. Without realizing it I was connected to this company which was not Microsoft Support. I gave my Microsoft case reference number to ***. I explained the problem and Microsoft's previous efforts to resolve it. I wanted Microsoft to try again. At no time did *** say that I had not reached Microsoft or that he did not work for Microsoft Support. I spent 45 minutes with ***. He did not start to work on my problem. He said that he would have more time the next day. We agreed on 7:00 pm. the following day. At 7:00 pm on June 18, 2018 I contacted *** via the saved website. All of our previous communication was there. I waited. He did not answer. I waited and sent him messages. This was very strange for Microsoft Support to ignore a customer. I waited and sent more messages for nearly an hour. Finally I logged off and tried again to contact Microsoft Support. This time I reached Microsoft. It was when I was communicating with the Microsoft technician that I realised that had not reached Microsoft when I was communicating with ***. The website starting Contact Microsoft Support had directed me to another company, Just Answer. While the Microsoft technician was working on the problem I phoned to the number of Just Answer. I explained that *** did not work for Microsoft and had not responded at the time that he had set up to work on my problem. I found out that I had already been charged on my Visa for a consultation. Fortunately it was refunded. It was very upsetting to discover how I had been directed to a company other than the one I was contacting and then to waste an hour and 45 minutes accomplishing nothing. Later I saw how the website for Just Answer had been set up to mimic Microsoft Support's website. This was the cause of my bad experience. I consider this to be unethical.

has excellent customer service, he didn't solve the problem so I wasn't charged. *** was very professional, he tried his best but it was a lock out from Yahoo Mail that only yahoo could take care of and they did. Thank you *** for trying.
Overall my experience was very positive and I would highly recommend the medical component of this company and will use it again. I received an introductory response from a highly qualified physician without much waiting. He was very patient with me and his “bedside manner” was exceptional. I felt much more reassured about my medical condition after my phone contact with him.
I got a quick response on if my tenant could tap into my trailer eletrical box to hook up his genirator because he failed to pay his light bill ( lights not included)
The answer was no he can’t .
I was hoping for what I could have police charge him with, but I didn’t get that info
