The help was great but it took too long to answer. I would have been able to call my vet in the morning and get the same advice. I just didn't want to pay for an weekend emergency call. I worried all night about my cat as I did not get a response until 5 am.

I was very thankful to have Just Answer available. I had an important work meeting I couldn't be late to but found that my dog had ingested some of my medication. It is so difficult to find vets who are knowledgeable about rat care, and the ones that are have weird hours and usually prioritize other patients. Which means that I often have to wait a long time just for them to give me generic information. The vet was prompt in answering my question thoroughly and telling me exactly which treatment to follow when I noticed that my rat was having difficulty breathing. I still had to take my rat to the vet to get the medication she needed, and we still had to wait a long time, but I was armed with information that I could use to fight for faster and higher quality treatment for my baby. This is an excellent and affordable service.
