I'll be totally honest here. That phone call that you charged me fifty dollars for never occurred but I did appreciate the text conversation (that was 36$). Essentially, I was charged for two consultations (email and phone) but no phone consultation occurred. I now realize the invitation to speak on the phone was an ad from the site and not the doctor asking for a phone call. He said, he couldn't talk. I would feel very ripped off in an unfair manner if you do not refund that fifty dollars since the phone call never occurred. The consultation wound up costing 36 and it was excellent. All text but nonetheless a life saver. I got information that I needed and the doctor was consientious and nonjudgemental about my lack of insurance. This service is brilliant, despite the wrongfully charged 50$ (which I am contesting through paypal) this was an excellent endeavor. I will use this site again! But, I promise you I will never entertain the idea of a phone call if that charge isn't reversed. It's unfair and was never delivered.

I was almost caught up in a computer scam but due to the quick and complete responses from Just Answer, I was able to take steps to safeguard my limited funds.
