My experience with contacting just ask and getting put with Dr. *** was a very positive and encouraging experience. I did up to actually speak with the doctor personally twice and wish I had signed up for the option to have the ability to be able to be contacted by phone unlimited times in the week instead of paying for the to individually. Dr. *** was patient with my questions not to mention how thorough he was in the explanation of my blood work, and I didn't feel rushed at all in getting the full explanation of what blood test I had done that were not explained by my doctor locally. I will use just ask again without hesitation!

I got quick and easy answers to help me determine if I needed to take my cat to the ER after eating one of my house plants. I got my answer in less than 15 minutes and instructions on how to care for him.

Very thorough and helpful to get me on track. I definitely need to follow up as I'm currently in the planning phase of my next business journey.

I specifically declined the membership yet found the company was going to charge name the monthly fee anyway, this is ripoff.

I can confirm for you that there is no recurring billing set up on your account and that you'll only be charged for the questions that you post.

Awesome service. Respectful, professional Dr’s. If the first responding Dr is unsure of something they quickly ask another Dr. to take a look. I thought that was awesome! I use it often...

JustAnswer is a scam. They charge $5 to ask a question (*** suggested I contact them). I was told I would have my $5 refunded after. Lo and behold, I received NO answer to my question AND was charged an additional $48 by JustAnswer. They ask if you want to continue, I did not check the box and the "expert" continued to work with me. Then came the charge. Outrageous and disingenuous on the site.

They're advertising $5.00 and then add $42.00 more. They automatically put you into a 7 day free trial. Which they don't tell you. When thE 7 day period is over you are automatically put into a monthly period. non of which do thy tell you about!!! Unethical!!! I now want to tell everyone that JustAnswer is not to be trusted, horrible company!!!

In looking into your account you were never on a membership. It seems that you might have mistaken the offer that comes up for an obligation?
The $47.00 charge was for the Microsoft Office question that you posted to the site. There is an initial $5.00 charge for posting a question and the remainder deposit, in this case, $42.00, isn't charged until you receive a response form the Expert. in this case it looks like you received a response form the technician in 2 hours.
Once again, you were never on the membership program. Had you been on the membership there would have been several emails sent to you regarding the benefits of the membership as well as the cost and recurring billing dates and the information would have been visible in your account.
It does appear that you were able to process your own refund using the Self Help tools that we've provided customers and the funds have been returned to you at this time.

I spoke with ***, an attorney. I had some legal questions. She was amazing and so helpful. I would definitely recommend JustAnswer to others.

My computer had crashed after automatic Microsoft updates. After retrieving everything but my address book I contacted JustAnswer. Unfortunately there is more work to be done on my end to possibly resolve the problem but I had excellent service provided by JustAnswer and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My 8 yr old microwave had stopped working and I was unsure whether to have a repairman come out. I described my problem and the appliance repair person was able to come up with a possible reason it was not working. He estimated the repair would be $180- $200, which was just not cost effective when a new microwave was $300-$500(I have one built in over the stove.) so I saved myself the cost of a service call and just bought a new microwave.

Very helpful.

I was very please with *** and her help with my dog. She was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. Being able to reach out to a vet when we were out of town was great.

gave me the answer I needed to get the bike back on the road.

Use it a few times before never been disappointed always seem to get good results.

I paid the $5.00 for my first question.. Waited two days and never got an answer to the question so when I received the welcome letter I responded to cancel and refund my $5. I received another correspondence from them and responded to cancel the membership. Noticed on my bank statement today that they charged me $34 for a membership. Why?
This business is a scam! I guess I will see if the refund is given. Stay away!
