I followed the lawyers instructions .I haven't heard the results yet.I am hoping the results are in my favor.

I experienced a code message when attempting to start a cycle in my front loader washer. The code read out was not covered in the literature. Upon contacting Just Answer my Expert was able to diagnose the problem. Since we wished to fix it ourselves he gave us the part number to order.

This company took three to four days to answer my question and the answer did not pertain to the problem. I requested a refund and cancellation of this acct. They have completely ignored me and keep charging me for this acct. I believe this is a fraudulent business set up to ignore you once you sign up to scam you out of money.

It took two times, but I did get the answer I was looking for.

JustAnswer has a customer service number where you can talk to a real person and they will make sure your legal question is answered quickly if there is any delay. Since so many online platforms don't offer the chance to speak to an actual person this is quite helpful especially due to the fact that the legal answers provided by their team are quite helpful and can save a lot of time researching on your own or having to scout around for an affordable attorney. Additionally, the information they provide can help you strengthen your case when presenting it to an attorney for review and consideration! My only worry is that they won't keep charging me as one of the reviews below claims. If so then that would eliminate all of these stars....

I came across JustAnswer when searching for a free vet to help with my daughter's dog. Dr. H was the vet who answered our questions and we didn't have to wait. He answered almost immediately. RV generator didn’t provide any electricity, I tried Justanswer before taking it to a repair shop. They found Randall for me who was expert on RV repai. I made it work with Randall walking me through in the phone! I definitely recommend this site.

On February 6, 2019 my computer would not install Roxio Creator NXT Pro 6, I tried to get assistance from Roxio, but was not able to succeed, apparently the computer system needed to be updated.
I signed up for the remote access ($39.00) and the technician, *** did a great job, kept working on deleting and updating several files, it took most of the afternoon, but got it done!
Very impressed, thank you!
