This company took three to four days to answer my question and the answer did not pertain to the problem. I requested a refund and cancellation of this acct. They have completely ignored me and keep charging me for this acct. I believe this is a fraudulent business set up to ignore you once you sign up to scam you out of money.

This is bogus. Do not pay the fee. You will never get a response. I am going to move to file a bar complaint.

Middle of the night, I discovered that two of my xyliments were chewed by my dog. I looked up information that factually assured me that the amount would not harm either of my 70 to 80 pound dogs. I was still frantic and wrote To get an expert opinion. The vet on call assured me they should be fine and suggested what I look for. I was much relieved

On February 6, 2019 my computer would not install Roxio Creator NXT Pro 6, I tried to get assistance from Roxio, but was not able to succeed, apparently the computer system needed to be updated.
I signed up for the remote access ($39.00) and the technician, *** did a great job, kept working on deleting and updating several files, it took most of the afternoon, but got it done!
