I talked to a dentist about my situation prior to my latest inquiry.. I wish I would have talked to this one first. He took the time to explain so much to me and made me feel that what was going was not me, but what was going on was not normal. Thank you so much. I now know. I feel more confident about what to discuss with my new dentist. I will use just answer again when I need professional advice.

The appraiser was very quick in getting my answer to me and so very thorough in her explanation. Even though my quick riches bubble was burst, her answer was so detailed and so obviously well researched, I quickly got over my disappointment. GOT ME UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME!
While preparing for a big presentation the next day, Safari would not open, Mail would not open, and I could not shut down/reboot my computer. A JustAnswer computer wizard worked with me to diagnose and repair the problem. Presentation saved!

I had two experts trying to help me with my computer problem. They were only partially successful as the root cause of my problem was hardware driven. Being hardware, they could not fix the problem as the remote control software would not work without an operating system.

Overall, I felt both experts were very knowledgeable and knew their way around the details of computers. I would use them again.

I was looking for a Antique Appraisals Site and I found Just Answer*** It states; Take advantage of your $5 trial membership by asking more questions in 150+ categories.
You can even ask questions for your family and friends.
So I paid with my Visa and asked my Question... Nora came on and said, Hello, and thank you for your question. I am reviewing it now and will reply again in a moment. ***. for 24 minutes I did not hear nothing from her, so I took 2 pictures of item and sent it to her via cell phone text message and it failed, than another message popped up stating for $5 more "What is this Expert Service offer? We know that sometimes an answer is just not enough. Your Expert has offered this service to help you achieve a more complete solution to your issue. If you accept this service offer, your Expert will give you further instructions on your current conversation page."
Than another message popped up saying "for $34 more, I will have better communication with my Expert." This upset me, so I write to her "I am not going to call for $34, and I just got a fail text to your link text and there is no blue document icon next to the send button ... I think this is starting to look like a SCAM! I am going to cancel" This site is a SCAM nickel and diming the consumer! This site does not deserve a good honest rating! I canceled right after all this. I don't want to leave any star-rating but Revdex.com says I have too.

I was very pleased with *** answer . He walked me thru the process and it was easy and simple.

I have had difficulty with accessing items on my computer since Jan. I tried to “fix” it myself, but failed. It was such a relief to find my help on JustAnswer.

Saves so much time running around to different types of experts/professionals, even if you knew where to go. Here, at “JustAnswer,” able to obtain fast, yet good advice on most anything. Thank you!

I was paranoid at first that giving remote access to my laptop would mean identity theft. But it didn't - and the tech fixed my computer in about two minutes. I highly reccommend JusAnswer for computer issues. I haven't used them for anything else.
