Hello,I was without my computer for a few days due to a crash, it was away for repair and was unable to reply and could not find a place to do so until nowMy reply is as follows: A correction is needed as nobody could've spoken to my husband as I am not marriedI live with my dad, which is who whoever called spoke toThey should not have assumed it was my husband! My dad told me someone from PetSmart called, asked him if I received the blanket yet, he told them no (which I haven't), that was itMy dad told me nothing at all was said on the phone about the 12th, that's a lieNobody from PetSmart has contacted me further about this matter as they claim in the replyThey refuse to send me the blanket and have treated me terribly as I described in my initial complaintMy order (# [redacted] ), specifically the blanket, had a tracking number sent to me by PetSmart on 7-20-of [redacted] via F*That box was delivered to CA, you may check and see for yourselfI am in PA and obviously supplied them with my home addy in PA I wanted to be sure this proof was added that I did not receive the blanket, nor did I receive a shipment of dog treats from this same order (which the tracking number led nowhere - it did not even exist to be tracked)I will never order online from them again I hope this satisfies Revdex.com with the information I've providedI keep atypical hours so email is appreciated, not phoneSincerely, [redacted]

Tell us why here This was a scamThose tanks are $and I think was legitimately on sale for $ What the Pet Parent was showing was a price from a specific store in Bethesda, Maryland When the store pulled it up on petsmart.com or through AOS, it was showing the correct priceThe associate lead called the store that was showing the tank for $and she was told that their store site was hacked and that the police were involvedThis offer was fraudulent, as it was explained to this Pet ParentThis was communicated to our District Leader, and Loss Prevention Manager Thank you, Sheri P***Customer Care Specialist PetSmart

negativeI have never entered my email at checkoutIt is always my policy to never give my email at checkoutPlus the checkout terminals at my store do not even ask for an emailfurthermore, that doesn't even explain why (1.) your unsubscribe process failed and (2.) that you were sending at least three copies of the same email each time you emailed mei reject this response bevause the business did not address above, made an excuse that is clearly fabricated since their POS at my store does not ask for email, and have not confirmed that no other emails will be sent to me from the businessuntil such time as that happens my complaint is unresolved and the business will retain its black mark from the Revdex.com
