No thank you, this company engages in animal cruelty and massive fraud, along with other companies that sell pet suppliesIt does not need to use my personal information to engage in these ongoing, fraudulent business acts that it's not being pursued for

HelloI have forwarded this Revdex.com complaint directly to our buyer and buyer coordinator for further assistance to assist with this Customer's concern, regarding this Bissell machine and the damage it has done to the Customer's carpetI asked them to reach out to Bisell directly and have someone call this Customer to discuss a resolutionI apologize for this delay and hoping we can allow another 24-hours to get resolution for this customer's complaint

I did finally receive my refund but I had been charged for the item for over weeksThe customer service responses were more than frustratingOne would tell me to contact the store, the store told me to contact customer service, and there were several random customer service replies that didn't address anythingI was told by one associate that the order had been canceled and refunded and then the next response the associate told me that it was picked up So customer service was just making stuff up and telling me I was refunded when I wanted because I was never refunded thenNone of this should have ever happened
