We paid to use a Bissell carpet cleaner twiceThe third time we were giving a
carpet cleaner to use at no charge only after complaining about the use the first timeIt does not matter how many times the carpet are cleanedThe problem is because your company loaned out a machine that was broken on the first initial use on 04/The machine was not functioning as it should be and as a result it soaked the carpetsThe padding underneath the carpets absorbed the water that was not taken up and have started to smellWe complained about this the day we returned the machineThe property manager can verify that before we used your faulty machine there was no carpet odor present in our condoSince our return of the original machine your company removed the Bissell carpet cleaner from service acknowledging there was an issue and should have performed maintenance before loaning it outOur company is responsible to make sure the equipment that you loan out if functioning as it should be before loaning to a consumerBecause of this neglect our carpets on now damagedWe are open to have an associate from your store come by and verify this damage and odor to our carpets at anytimeWe have had maintenance come by to verify that the pads underneath the carpets is where the smell is coming fromWe were told that we need to accept responsibility for the damage by Vernon which is completely shockingWe didn't ask to be given a broken machineWe trusted your company was loaning us a functioning piece of equipment, and we were wrongYour company needs to take responsibility for not maintaining functioning equipment and accept the fact that you have a customer with ruined carpets as an effect of thatNot what we asked forOur carpets either need to be replaced or professionally cleaned
