I booked a Spirit airline flight thru Justfly.com from La Guardia to fort lauderdale fl leaving on friday april 13, after confirming I noticed within minutes that my return flight was also on the same day, April 13, It should have been Monday April 16thI paid Justfly.com for the flight CSA Travel protection Total charged by Justfly.com So I called immediately as soon as I noticedThe representative would not budge and said I would have to speak to the airline even though it had been only minutes from the time it was bookedThe airline was Spirit, so I ended up calling them * *** *** ***I explained what had happened and I wanted the return flight to be on Monday April 16.They said they would charge for the change,then they made me listen to an automated message that said the company would charge an additional on top of the , I waited and I said to the representative no, so he waved it and now I am waiting for an email from Spirit with

I just got off the phone with employees agent and supervisorThe agent was very polite and tried to resolve my issue after I got off the phone with American Airlines about my cancellation and refundKen the agent was very nice and wanted to get my issue resolved after I asked to talk to a supervisor he had me on hold for minutesI mean really it takes that long to get a supervisor? Regardless finally I talk to *** the supervisor he was very rude told me I had to abide by American Airlines policy when American Airlines said I have to call justfl*** to refund me since I purchased my round trip ticket through justfl*** Then as *** kept repeating himself in very rude disgusting manner, he then had the audacity to disregard my request to speak to someone above him or give me a number to corporateNow is that good customer service? Doing business with Justfly.*** has been a hard, expensive lessonAfter scouring the web for a deal on plane tickets, Justfly's prices kept popping upI went to their site, plugged in the dates, and a cheap fare came upIt's important to note how the information was displayed: the price was huge, the dates were smallI took the deal, went to my inbox to review itinerary only to find that the dates were wrongI went to the site immediately, tried to cancel the purchaseI was informed it would cost $per ticket plus the differenceWhen I explained that the dates were not what I had entered, they said that their *search engine* scans for best price AROUND the dates requestedSo I had not looked closely, trusting that the dates I entered would be the dates searchedNot soWhen I finally contacted them via phone, I was told it would cost $75/ticket (I bought 3) to cancel, but I would not be able to get my money backNo, I would be forced to do business with this company, because they would only issue a creditThey kept saying their policies were in line with airline policiesI said if that were true, they would have allowed me to cancel when I first noticed the error without penaltySilence on the phoneI talked the agent down to $50/ticket to cancelNow I am left with a credit that carries the following stipulations: only the three people on the original tickets can use the credit; we must use the same airline; we have a year to use the creditReading other reviews here, who knows what other scam they will try to pull when I try to use the creditI feel soiled by this transaction

Justfly.com booked us on an airline that has gone out of businessWe have tried to resolve the issue directly but they have not been helpful

I cancelled my airline reservation including travel insurance on July 1, The company has sent me an email saying that the reservation is cancelled and a full refund will be credited to my charge card accountSo far I have not received any creditThis is for your information***

I booked a flight through *** and was given a confirmation number and itineraryWhen I went to check in online there was an error so I checked in at the airport before my flight, but when I tried to check in I was told that there was no reservation with my name on it, and when I showed her my confirmation number the attendant was just as confused as I was that nothing was showing up! Company charged me $to cancel a $round trip plane ticket I purchased with them and stated that I would receive $in credit for another bookingI paid the $and got $in credit as statedBut then when I went to use the credit they said it could only be used for the exact itinerary with the same airline
Then they said there is another $fee to use the credit to book a flightThen the only page on their website that allows you to choose the new itinerary using the $in credits would not load after repeated attempts, exceeding minutes each, on my very fast WiFiThen they said they did not have the flight dates I wanted even though those flight dates were being offered on competitive websites and on the airline's websiteThe airline refused to deal with the issue since that is their agreement with JustFly
So in summary, my experience was I got charged to create credits that the company made difficult and unappealing to use, and either did not state all the terms or limitations in advance or must have been in small print somewhere on website because I did not notice those terms when making decisionsVery deceptive

I was booking flights for my sister and her boyfriend and found a $flight which I was amazed aboutIt is the easiest check out you only put in names and card info amd they give you the option to chose your seats if you want to pay extraI made sure I did not select any, did not take their cancellation insurance and whatever other things were on the side then it gives you a big BOOK NOW no price listed Then you look on the side once everything is processed and in a little square you will see that you basically paid doubleI was charged over $instead of the I was expecting

Booked a flight from Justfly*** for New York to Buenos Aires for this coming December on Oct 13thCancelled after one hour of booking due to family issueThe website says that it has an hour free cancelation policy and the first agency I talked to told me the amount will be refunded in 2-business daysHowever, after two weeks, I called back since I did not received the refundThey started to tell me that I need to contact the airline by myself to claim the refund, they have no right to handle the reservation anymoreThree different repersentatives and two supervisors told me different stories every timeI contacted the airline, and they said the refund has been processed, and they money is on the agency end nowBut eventually Justfly representative said that the refund will be processed in 6-weeks even the airline has refunded they money back to themThis is unacceptable
