Three problems: They charge me 17$ for seating options, which was not correct and airlines told me thus was not possibleI have still been charged for this 17$ and did not get to choose my seat on flight I got charged 20$ to have the option of extending the departure day and timeI needed more time overseas with family but airline said I would have to contact this justfly.com because they have never heard of this option, this forced me to leave my mother early after her surgery They charged me the full ticket price, refunded it and then charged it again, causing my bank to get messed up

Traveling from Hawaii, my connecting plane from LAX was late, so through no fault of my own, I missed my flight to Las Vegas Since I already was going to miss my meeting, there was no reason to utilize my round trip ticket Justfly refused to credit or refund my ticket Also, they hung up on me twice and lied about trying to call me back I would rather hand money to a total stranger than do business with these people Horrific business practices!

I still have a creditI thought I'll just use it next yearFast forward to this yearI called to use my credit, hours later in between holds, they said that I only have $in credit and I have to pay $to airlines to reopen my ticketAnd since I didn't want to pay $that no one bothered to tell me about, I have to call back in hoursAaaaandhere we go againI don't have a ticket, I can't use my creditThis is the most HORRID BUSINESS I've ever dealt withAnd as previously mentioned, you barely can understand anyone on the other lineI just want at least one competent person in this company to handle a simple procedure, like telling their customers that they will have $in cancellations and rebooking fees, before the customer agrees to this nightmare

This is a horrible experience of booking airplane tickets from themWhen I booked the tickets, seems so easilyWhen I input my passenger's name, it only requires me to input the First and Last name, but the middle name is OptionalAnd the sign to remind you to "must match your password name" is in grey -- could not cause people's attention at allI even didn't notice it when I book my tickets.(From NYC to BeiJing, China)
Later then on, I noticed missing middle name possible will be an issue for boarding international airplane, then I started to call JustFly to request to add middle name to the ticketsI spent a whole day to call them, usually, they will ask me to hold, minutes, then told me it is impossible to add middle name, then asked me to cancel tickets, the cancelling fee is $400!, but not refund the full price, many hidden charge, then immediately asked me to re-bookthen they could charge me the book fee
But actually, I called the AirChina directly, they claimed there is some complicated authorization work need to do, but this Agent should represent me to do this requestThe AirChina didnt sell this ticket to me directly, they have no way to change my ticket, this is the negotiation between AirChina and JustFly, then this become a disaster a list of callingall JustFly agents seem trying to reach AirChina when I called them to tell them they need to request the authorization for me, but all of them told me -- you must cancel your tickets I asked AirChina, they told me clearly -- "it is not right, you don't need to cancel the ticketbut the agent must request to change the name for you."JustFly is playing somethingWhen I was eventually convinced to cancel the ticket, I heard the JustFly agent was giggling, Seems they successfully charged me a lot?
