Company stated price, and refused to honor price AFTER purchaseI booked travel with JustFly via website, and paid stated fare of USDA day later, I received a notice of cancellation of booking, to which JustFly stated was a problem with Delta AirlinesAfter calling delta, I was told that JustFly cancelled the ticket, and not delta (as JustFly had told me)After calling JustFly multiple times, I asked to speak with a manager and was told that is not allowedAfter multiple calls/texts to a number listed for JustFly under Revdex.com.com, I received a call from someone at JustFly telling me the trip was cancelled because the price I paid "was not the real price." If it was not the "real" price, then it should not have been listed as the price, and my debit card should not have been charged the accepted price

I found a flight on Justfly*** on 11/20/that showed tickets available for $so I booked my flight! Sounded great until I see the charge for $on my account and look to see if that same flight is available and their website shows flights available for $So I called into their *** number and get told - "*** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***"So basically you want me to pay $to book a new flight for $so that my total in this would be $instead of $Makes a lot of sense! I booked and received a confirmation email from justfly*** for an important trip from DC to VancouverI received a confirmation email with a number and an itineraryWhen I called United Airlines to reserve a special seat due to a disabily they informed me that I was not booked on the flightI called justfly back to enquire and they told me that "they did not hear back from United on the day of booking" so my booking was cancelledI WAS NOT INFORMED OF THISI WOULD HAVE TURNED UP AT THE AIRPORT TO FIND NO BOOKING IN SPITE OF CONFIRMATIONJustfly then rerouted me and CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL FEE WHICH I HAD TO PAY AS I WAS DESPERATE TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENTI Have tried to call them to resolve this issue many times and their service keeps me on hold for hours when I ask for a supervisorI WANT OTHER PEOPEL TO AVOID HAVING THIS PROBLEM

JustFly changed our flight and seat assignments after we booked our flight months in advance weeks before our trip, we received an e-mail saying we were being a bumped to another flight and lost our seat assignments We went through hours of calls with the JustFly agents and had to pay hundreds of dollars more to get home on the same day and we couldn't sit together without a substantial fee which we couldn't afford They were rude and did not resolve the situation at allThey shouldn't be able to scam people like that

Don’t use this company!!
