Justfly is a scamThey claim to have low flight prices but then charge you add ons you did not select to purchase, it is impossible to get through to someone when trying to make a cancellationYou are put on hold for hoursThey are a scam plain and simpleThere is no recourse

I just got robbed out of $2,from this farce of a travel websiteI needed to change my ticket destinationI had to pay a $cancellation fee per ticket, and now they will not honor the prices on their websiteThey are telling me the airline is charging an additional $rerouting fee (separate from their fee), and the ticket prices they are quoting for me to "use" my credit is twice the online priceI asked where I could go to see the actual prices so I would know how much to spendThey said only they had access to that information in their database So basically, I need to just shoot in the dark, and hope it's closeROBBERY

I booked a ticket with justfly*** Near the bottom of the page, there is a blurb that states it is free to cancel within hours of bookingI tried to cancel my flight hours after I booked itI received an error message from justfly*** that I was not able to cancel due to restrictions from the airline...even though justfly*** said it was free to cancel within hoursI tried to use the "contact us" page but when I clicked on the "cancel my booking" topic, it was blankI tried again to use the contact us feature but it does not give you the option to email or chat onlineWhen I called, I was on hold for over an hourI called frontier to try to cancel my flight with them but it was a $cancellation fee...the ticket was only $to begin with!! I found a flight on Justfly*** on 11/20/that showed tickets available for $so I booked my flight! JustFly changed our flight and seat assignments after we booked our flight months in advance weeks before our trip, we received an e-mail saying we were being a bumped to another flight and lost our seat assignments We went through hours of calls with the JustFly agents and had to pay hundreds of dollars more to get home on the same day and we couldn't sit together without a substantial fee which we couldn't afford They were rude and did not resolve the situation at allThey shouldn't be able to scam people like that

Don’t use this company!! They changed my flights twice resulting in a hour layover which is ridiculousI am traveling with my year old mother who is in a wheelchairWhen I called they act like they are looking for other flight options but they try to put you on flights that are very undesirable and most likely underbooked What a scam!! Then when I tried to check in for my flight I couldn’t online! Which then means we have to wait and check in at airport I paid for seats after initially booking and now probably won’t even have good seats So frustrating!! I wish I could charge them for the extra time I have spent on this!! I’ve read so many similar reviews on *** so this is how they operateWish I would have read those reviews before booking with them

I booked a flight and got charged three different times by company and the airlines that was bookedNo one was willing yo assist on the phone or onlineThis company is terrible and steals money, my bank is not even able to help until they finish processing the charges it's been day and it's still pending causing issues with my accounts
