I purchased a ticket on Justfly as a surprise for my wife who is going home for a babyshower but I purcahsed the ticket for the wrong datesI called to change the dates and I was told that I would be charged 75$ and I said okI was then told that the difference would be around for the new flightThe person on the phone wouldnt tell me what the times were or datesI asked why the increase in cost if the flights I was viewing online were less than my original purchase amount, and he said its because he was using a different systemI asked to speak to a supervisor and he put me on hold and came back on the line and said now I would be charges 350$ for a new fee by Delta that somehow didnt exist prior to me asking to speak to a supervisorHe refused to let me speak to a supervisor and lied about him speaking to his supervisr and changed his story to having said he spoke to supportI feel like this form of extortion and misinformation on the part of Justfly is horribleTo not ha

Dear Sir/Ma’am, On August 14th, 2017, I have bought a flight ticket on JustFly website, ***/Because of schedule conflict, I tried to change my departure dateHowever, I was not able to and was informed that I could cancel the current flight and buy a new flight ticket using the travel credit, which would be issued to me after the flight cancellationWe agreed but I was asked to pay $in order for JustFly company to issue the travel creditPlease see the attached documentsAfter I paid the $fee on December 6th, 2017, I was issued travel credit in the amount of $938.97, which is less than the actual amount I paid for the ticketI then tried to buy a new ticket on JustFly website; however, the travel credit was no good for any of the flight available on their websiteI was informed that I can use the travel credit on any travel date as long as the flight ticket is purchased before the expiration date, which is August 14th On June 27th, 2018,

I recently went to the *** website to book a flight and ended up, without realizing it, booking the flight through Justfly*** According to the email I got from them, if I needed to change the flight, the change penalty would be a "minimum of $125." As it happens, I had a conflict at work and needed to change my ticketI called what I thought was *** (the airline I was booked on), but instead ended up talking with someone at JustFly*** Unfortunately, I couldn't understand him well at all because he had a strong accent, but the bottom line is that the ticket was non-refundable and non-changeable and the $minimum penalty was just fictionIf you have to change anything, you basically lose the entire ticketIn addition, I bought travel insurance through the Justfly***website and got a notice saying that I had purchased the insurance (I took a screenshot)I was supposed to get an email with more information, but that never arrived, so apparently I hadn't bought the insurance?? It seems like a scamThis is not a reputable company

Just Fly absolutely dose not care the smallest bit about their customers, I had a simple mis-spelling of my last name, one extra letterAfter pleading with them not to charge me 75$, they were extremely rude, the customer service rep almost sounded happy about the situation I was inAfter I agreed to pay, they gave me the WRONG information about the procedure, they instructed me to email my passport to the airline, and JUSTFLY provided me with the emailA few hours before my flight, the name was still not updated, I called the airline and they told me that JUSTFLY need to email them the passport from their email, not my personal emailWhen I called JUSTFLY back to let them know that they are the ones that need to email the airline not me, they said " so what? the original issue with the name typo is your fault not mine"This stingy and unprofessional attitude will trickle down to every customer, never expect them to go out of the way to help you in the smallest degree

This company says it finds the lowest airfare but then takes what the airline you pick charges, and adds a surcharge onto itThat results in a fare higher than if I went directly to the airlineCalling the company is a waste of timeThe customer service people speak such broken English it is almost impossible to understand themThen, no matter how many times you tell them the separate charge they put on the billing causes their price to be higher than going direct to the airline, they respond by saying the same thing over and over that doesn't address the questionThis company acts like they put up a website and hoped someone would accidentally think they are a real companyStay away, far away
