GOOD MORNING MY NAME IS KATARZYNA *** AND JUST FEW DAYS AGO AFTER SEARCHING A LOT OF WEBSITES TO BOOK MY TRIP TO FLORIDA WITH MY FAMILY I DECIDED TO DO IT WITH JUSTFLY ( FIRST TIME EVER ) BECAUSE TO ME THEY HAD GOOD DEALS I BOOKED MY TRIP ON FEB WE PICKED 240$ FARE PER PERSON ( THAT INCLUDES FLIGHT AND ALL TAXES AND FEES IN THAT PRICE ) THIS IS HOW THEY CALCULATE EXPLETS SAY TICKET IS $ PER PERSON ( IS TICKET AND IS TAXES AND FEES ) = $ PER PASSANGER WELL WE WENT WITH 240$ PER PERSON AND EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THAT PRICE INCLUDING TAXES & FEES I SHOULD NOT BE PAYING MORE THAN $ON EACH PERSON BUT THATS NOT WHAT HAPPEND THEY CHARGED ME $ USD TICKET ON TOP OF THAT $IN TAXES AND FEES FOR EACH PERSON TOTALING IN $! ON EACH I ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THAT I HAD HRS TO CANCEL OR TO DO WHATEVER WITH MY BOOKING( I WAS GONNA CALL THEM REGARDING THAT CHARGE ) / BUT I LOST TRACK OF TIME BEC

Please do not use this service After receiving my flight confirmation, I noticed our return home date was wrongIt was not the date I had just booked It had been changed by their company The date booked for our return flight was suppose to be in October My confirmation email said it was Thanksgiving day As if I wouldnt have noticed that before confirming my flightsI called them, they told me it would cost an extra per person to change our return home flight After reading reviews, I realized this and many other negative things have happened to other people who used Justfly.comWhat a horrible company

I've called multiple times to change a flight and customer service have told me they cannot locate an adjusted fare to change the dateWhen I called the airline company, they told me specifically that JustFly can adjust the date to the desired date and that there would be a change fee, which I am fine withJustFly continues to tell me they cannot change the date although the airline company says they canIt feels like JustFly does not want to change the date because they will not receive reimbursement

We used Justfl*** to book tickets for our church missions trip to help orphans in ZambiaOne of our team members could not make the trip due to his college class schedule changeWe were not looking for a refund to cancel one ticket but Justfl*** demanded $to forfeit this ticketAdditionally, all the fees and taxes for this unused ticket will be kept bu Justfl***When on the phone with them, they just put you on hold for several hours while stating that the "supervisor" is still busyIt is unethical and illegal to keep the taxes on a transaction that has not and will not happenWe fund raised as a church for a long timeHELP!!!!

JustFl*** is the WORST company I've come acrossThey advertised flights alongside reputable online flight reservation companies so I decided to go with them since the prices were slightly cheaperI will never ever use them again as they have been nothing but a headacheTo start, we booked three different flights with them and each leg has so far been changed or up-charged immenselyThe price advertised jumped over $from the page where we entered out credit card information to the submit page
We then got emails a saying that flight times had been changedOnly an hour here or there so we let it goThen, I received an ambiguous email a few weeks after booking saying I needed to call JustFly because another one of my flights had been changed/cancelledWhen I called to check on the status of the flight I was told that I would no longer be able to fly that day or that I would only be able to get a flight at horrible times with extremely long layoversI called Air Canada to confirm that there were no other flight options and was shown multiple available flights at convenient times on the day I wanted to travelI called JustFly back and was told they weren't able to get me on any of those flights, despite there still being available seatsI waited on hold for hours with JustFly and they continued to tell me they were unable to book my flight but could not give me a reason why
Finally I had a very helpful person from AirCanada call JustFly with me and after another painfully long hold they somehow were magically able to book me back onto the same flight I originally purchased
Overall horrible experience and very stressfulPlease DO NOT use JustFly

I am complaining on behalf of my brother whom I had purchased a ticket for back in October I purchased it from Just FlyHe made the trip for a medical emergencyHe ended up not being able to return on the planned date because of a transplant that needed to happenHence, the date had to be movedI contacted Just Fly to see what could be doneThey asked for a medical note, which was provided to them*** ended up going on strike and reissued the ticketFortunately, it allowed me a chance to extend the ticket for him till January of this YearFollowing the transplant, extensive care was now needed beyond what was initially expected which warranted another date changeJust Fly gave me the run around that they could not do anything for me*** said Just Fly folks were the only people that could touch the fare of the ticketI made several calls (between Jan and 13th) back and forth, asked for supervisors, was put on 30-40min holds, told they couldn't reach
