Pop ups are terrible in this case! Looking for a round trip ticket and up popped justfly! I thought ok, I'll try this! Well after hours and phone calls later, still no satisfaction! Tried to complete on webpage and when I received confirmation, it was the wrong times with longer layovers! I'm traveling with an infant and my mom so I was searching for a quicker flight! After three calls, I still have original tickets with an increase in fare! Had babies birthdate right on first tickets, now it is wrong! This travel agency makes promises and then fails to follow through In November last year, I booked flights through JustFly for overseas travel this upcoming May The airline made significant changes to the itenerary (Adding 13+ hours to my outbound travel) and JustFly did not send me a notice of the change When I happened to look on their website and discovered the issue, I called them to request adjustments to the unacceptable travel schedule I have now spent over hours on the phone, in separate phone calls, and each time have been offered (and I accepted) alternate flights But the changes discussed & agreed are still not executed by their "schedule change" department This has been going on for several weeks Every time I call I am told "rest assured" that the changes will be made I have been assured that the airline has already provided the appropriate "waiver codes", so that should not be an obstacle Apparently, the only obstacle is JustFly's inefficiency, it's inability to communicate between departments and most certainly it's lack of communication with its customers
