We had booked a flight to Brazil, leaving today and a Dream Vacation for my family and just was informed yesterday that we needed a VISA to enter the country and up to now no details, or information letting us know or asking if we know what needs to be done before we depart and what lengths to go
There error, of not sending me confirmation I had to call and ask them, tried to DBL charge my CCand every step of the way, I had to call and ask, and be brushed off time and time again
United airlines tried to help us, but the way JUST FLY has it conditioned there hands are tied and I am out or week vacation at our own expenseMy family is now stuck at home without a vacation, and we have no extra funds to go anywhere to replace our heartache

I'm writing today to share my experience with JustFl***Before I go into details, understand that my experience with their customer service agents was horrible, including the managerThis was my first, and will by my last time, booking through this third party siteEarly Nov2017, I booked a flight to Ausfor my mother After searching around, Justfly seem have a good decent priced airfareSo I decided to book through themUnfortunately, I made a mistake and did not look at the layover time (23hrs to be exact)on the returning flightAnd sadly, I didn't realized the mistake until mid-day of the following dayHowever, there was a 24hrs cancellation time frameSo as so as I got home I jumped online to do my cancellationAs I was going through the site, I saw that I could actually do a flight change, instead of cancellationBut the price to do so was $And the price to cancel, $ I was a bit puzzle and thought maybe I had misread or enter something incorrectlySo I called in, just to confirm if what I'm seeing online is correctI was a simple yes or no questionIf it was yes, I would just hit cancel and re-book another flight for my mother immediatelyBut what I thought to be a simple call, turns out to be a nightmareThe first agent that I encounter instead of answering my question, kept asking for my booking informationAnd instead of asking for all my infoat onceHe would asked me a few question, than placed me on HOLDIt took to holds for him to finally get down all my infoAfter a lengthy holding time with this agent he than come to tell me he doesn't have answer my question and have to transfer me to another agentBut what he did tell me was, "Don't worry ma'am, we can do itWe will take care of you." So he place me on hold, again! And transferred the callSecond agent finally answered, again requested for my booking info., than 'HOLD'Picked up and asked me two question, to why I'm calling, than 'HOLD'Picked up again, asked me a few more questions, (but never let me fully finished), than 'HOLD'Every couple of questions, I get put hold It's like they have know knowledge in there products and procedures, so they have to place you on hold to ask someone for the answerI was place on hold times from this second agent, it was now 35-into the call, and I was getting tired of these lengthy HOLD'sSo I told her no more holdsI asked my questions (completely) and told her I simply need to know if the price I see online was correct or not!? So I know to either cancel or just re-bookAnd she finally came to telling me yes, that the price is accurateBecause I was already on call with them, I asked her to help me cancel the flight and re-bookBut her response to me was shockingShe told me if I want to cancel (at that time), cancellation will cost me $(Woe What?!) Yes, I was very confused and asked her how did it go from $to $400? Her response, "Well ma'am you have exceeded your 24hrs time limit for cancellation!''I explained to her that I called in way within my time limit, and was seeking for a simple answer to my question, but due to numerous (not to mention lengthy) holds, I was placed on, it through me over my 24hrs time frameNon the less, I believe my time should of been honored since I did called in prior to the expiration of my timeBut she didn't careAll I get is, "There's nothing I can doYou had exceeded your timeIf want to change your booking it will cost you $350, and cancellation will cost you $What do you want to do?" So I got frustrated and asked to speak with a managerAgain another lengthy HOLD!!!
Manager came on, and I was surprised to receive such poor customer service from herI honestly don't understand how she became managerAs I tried to explain to her my situation, I realized she didn't seem to careHer first respond was, "My agent did not do anything wrong, she is right you have exceeded your time and there's nothing we can do!" I went on to explained her that I spoke to another agent prior to speaking to this current agent that transferred me to herInstead of looking into it, just did a quick response, "I don't have and record of that! So what would you like to do ma'am? Do want to cancel for $or change your booking for $350?"
Wow, I am speechlessI feel like I had just been robbed of my moneyI feel that they purposely placed you on this lengthy holds so you can exceed your time so that they can charge you a hefty price for making any change or cancellationSo my warning to everyoneYes they may have a slightly cheaper price than other third party sites out there, but they are no friendl***panyIt's either their agents are poor trained, and is completely incompetentOr they are trained to (how I see it), rob you of your moneyThey do not want to help you in any way and only quick to tell you, you need to pay more Sadly, I could not afford to make any changes to my mother's flight, and now she will be stuck at an airport for 23hrs due to the layoverIn most cases, if it was me or anyone who speak English well or had travel alot, it wouldn't be a problemBut my mother is do not speak English and is traveling for the first time by herselfI worked so hard to save enough money to send my mother on what should suppose to be joyful trip, now to turns out to be such a nightmareOnly because I couldn't get any help from the 'company' to adjust a simple mistakeSomething that could of been fix in no more than 5minstops

The company charged for the insurance for my flight but next day decided not to buy it because "price went up"They claim they send me an email but I don't have oneI called days after and they said that I have to pay moreI have paid moreNow the insurance company refused to pay because of the later policy date

I called total times to resolve this problemNo one solved the problem, it is their mistake to cancel my ticket, so they have to fix iti spent hours being on hold in the above mention timesIt plays a weird music while I am holdIt goes like thisYou tell you digit travel number, they will keep you on hold for minsThen ask you to confirm your billing address callback number and tell they verify the itenaryOn hold another minsThen they will ask your problemThen again on hold for minsThey will they are still checking in their stillOn hold for minsThen they will say they are talking with traveling partnerAgain mins holdthen they will say you have to pay some fee (which is usually unacceptable price solution.)You will argueThen they say they will check with supervisorOn hold for mins againAfter sometimenobody responds and your call will be disconnectedThey check play all this drama to avoid providing some solution to you
That is how you can spend your entire day and night expecting a solution from themAnd eventually your mobile phone run out of chargeYou will call againthen it will be new person (or same person with different name)You will need to do all the above mentioned second part for one more dayBut you wont get any solutionBest of luck

I recently tried to book a flight for my wife with Justfly*** with a departure date of October 12th With many of the online booking sites I find you have to act quickly to get the quoted priceI booked the cheapest flight that popped upI scanned it quickly and everything seemed to make sense on the screen with an arrival date of October 13th at 5:amWhen I received the itinerary in my e-mail I quickly realized that the departure date was in fact Oct11th not the 12th as requested with a hour layover in the Toronto airportInitially I thought it was a hour wait and my wife would take a flight that would leave around in the morningIt was 1:the next day in the afternoonI called justfly almost immediately to explain the issue and when I provided the necessary details the agent on the phone thought the exact same thing as me that the wait was only a hours layoverThis wasn't the case and I indicated to him how if he can make that mistake it isn't unreasonable that t

Rude customer service, they do not really care about what the customer is saying as they just repeat what their script says and do refuse to transfer you to a manager and when they do even the manager speaks very rudely like "if you stop talking I might be able to help you"They charge you for twice the amount of your ticket to book it so if you are not able to pay that then you lose the entirety of your money so you either pay them double or lose out completelyafter trying to contact their headquarter, for a month no one will even call or resolve the issue

When calling just fly they never answer the phone as just fly or anything indicating they are an agentThey offer to book a flight for frontier and then tell you there will be two charges, one for air fare one for taxes when in reality the other is for an agent fee that they never talk about and intentionally lie to customers to hide their fee and the fact they are an agentThis company is deceptive and dishonest

I purchased an economy ticket through Justfly*** for a flight on Iceland Air from NY to Copenhagen, round tripJust fly arranged an economy lite ticket, so instead of being able to check a bag as expected I have to pay an extra $for one checked bagNowhere on the receipt from Justfly*** does the fare say economy lite but when I went to check in with Iceland air the boarding pass printed out no checked bags in the allowanceI called Iceland Air and they said I had be scammedI should have been told by Justfly*** that I was getting an economy lite ticketAgain the receipt says economy, not economy lite

Please, be aware of this “just fly***” company and stand away from themThey are very quick to get your money, but it is impossible to deal with them once you pay and require changing the ticketsFirst, they charge their own cancellation / changing fees in addition to the airlines cancellation/ change fees, so you have to pay cancellation fee twice-$to them and $or whatever the airline charges plus a difference in the airfareThen , due to the nature of their website not all the flights are loaded into their system by the supplier they work with- “voyage ala carte”, company which in my understanding gives access to their website to just fly***, travel hub*** and corporate travel.com and issues all the tickets which are purchased on those three ( or even more ?) websitesI bought a ticket for travel in September and needed to change it for travel in February - no luckThe only option is to cancel , pay them $and now I have to sit and wait for the flights to appearThe flights are available everywhere else ( other websites,the airline’s website), but not on just fly*** And nobody could help me for almost daysBy the way, even the airline which this ticket belongs to will not help you as well if you bought ticket with themBig mistake from my side that I did not check reviews before I purchased my ticket from themSo my recommendation again-STAY AWAY from Just fly***, they sister company travel hub*** and buy either from a travel agency or the airline directly
