Stay away from this company you book a flight overseas for a two week period you pay for check bag and carry one bag as there web site states and your conformation email showsWhen you get to air port you find out they booked you on the cheapest class no check bagWho goes overseas for weeks without a checked bagWhen you call there customer support number you get an over sea call center who tells you it's the air line fault then they tell you it was your fault and at last they say the web site has a disclaimer on baggage and you are out your You call tell from the off set that is the job of the support person to give you nothingSTAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

I booked a flight reservation with JustFly*** on November 16, 2016, which was for two airline tickets from Washington DC to Delhi, India at a cost of $eachOn the day of my flight, February 17, 2017, I tried to check in to the flight and was only permitted to check in for one of the two passengersWhen I called the airline (Qatar Airways), they informed me that JustFly*** had cancelled one of my two reservations without explanationI never received a notification from JustFly*** about this cancellationWe called JustFly*** to ask what had happened, and they explained that their systems had been down during the week of my booking, which led them only to transmit payment for one of the two tickets to Qatar Airways (even though I had paid JustFly*** for both tickets) - when the second ticket was unpaid, Qatar Airways automatically cancelled itBecause no notification of the cancellation was sent, I had to buy a new ticket for the second passenger on the day of the flight,

Absolutely terrible I had to change my flight dates, which is on me, but they promised to set me up with the cheapest flight They did not There was a flight that was $cheaper, but they picked the expensive one anyway On top of that, they had me on hold for minutes

An online purchase was made of a flight in error, on July 20, for July Since this was made in error I tried to find an online way to cancel the flight however this option was not working and would not allow me to cancel the flight and submit my requestSo I tried to call the customer service which I was on hold for over hours with the line being put on hold for this timeI tried all night to get a hold of someone to help me with the cancellation and did not get throughI tried all day and night on July 20th and then again on July Only getting as close as being put on hold with someone that said they can't help me with the cancellation and then putting me through to a supervisor that I never got through to as the line was cut off after about an hour on holdI have since then tried several times to call and speak with someone that could help me and with no help since the flight already left

Completely incompetent customer supportJustfly customer service rep gave me information regarding fees for changing a name on my flight reservation and only after I relied on that incorrect information, was I informed that I would incur over $in chargesAlso, after multiple calls to Justfly (one of which was over hrs) I received an incorrect flight itinerary

I had made reservations and paid the for in case of cancelation I did the cancellations and I’ve been going on a month for them to refund my money and they keep telling to call the bank cause they already put it back and that is not true I’ve called chase called them did a three way calling with them and the bank and nothing I will never deal with them again they are a rip off terrible experience pay more making a reservation with the airlines instead of them

This travel agency makes promises and then fails to follow through In November last year, I booked flights through JustFly for overseas travel this upcoming May The airline made significant changes to the itenerary (Adding 13+ hours to my outbound travel) and JustFly did not send me a notice of the change When I happened to look on their website and discovered the issue, I called them to request adjustments to the unacceptable travel schedule I have now spent over hours on the phone, in separate phone calls, and each time have been offered (and I accepted) alternate flights But the changes discussed & agreed are still not executed by their "schedule change" department This has been going on for several weeks Every time I call I am told "rest assured" that the changes will be made I have been assured that the airline has already provided the appropriate "waiver codes", so that should not be an obstacle Apparently, the only obstacle is JustFly's inefficiency, it's inability to communicate between departments and most certainly it's lack of communication with its customers

Complete scam of a businessMy honeymoon was canceled the day before we were supposed to leave the countryFor week before our trip, I called them daily to see what was going on with my itineraryEvery day I was told it was an error, the issue had been escalated, a manager would call me back, an email would be sent to me within hours, etcI never received anything from themI repeatedly asked different reps where there office was located, they each had a different answerperson said Canada, person said ConnecticutThey were very obviously located in the Philippines, children could be heard in the background, the "supervisor" had the same voice as the hold messageWhen asked to speak to a supervisor, I would be placed on hold for FIFTY minutes before someone would return to the phoneAfter approx hours on the phone with them, they said I would be able to get a refund...in 6-weeksI had to file a claim with my bank to try to get the $1,back
