I purchased airplane tickets through this agencyI was charged by selected carrier price for ticketsBut Justfly charged me $for "Other travel" When I contacted them about this charge I was told that they charged me for opportunity for seat selectionI was charged by airline for seat selection $per seat and during booking there was no indication that Justfly will charge me as well

Justfly cancels flights without notice Their automated customer service line is nonfunctional They are non-responsive to entries on multiple types of phones If the automated system is responsive, it takes minutes of going through the options before it’s possible to talk to a humanWhen traveling internationally phone rates are as high as $3/min One should not have to spend two hours calling at these rates to resolve issues that should not happen in the first place Human representatives, if ever reached, don't speak English well, can't problem solve, and offer scripted phrases If disconnected, they do not call back if you ask them to I offered two numbers to reach me and they did not call back on eitherMy sister and I are traveling with British Airways from Dhaka to Boston via Doha and London, operated by Qatar Airways from Dhaka to DohaIn Dhaka:
Check in at Dhaka airport at Qatar Airways (on behalf of British Airways) revealed that Justfly never booked the flight, even though I received confirmation booking via email After all the automated phone issues and disconnected calls from customer service, I never received a call back Instead, I received a text stating the following:
“Thank you for allowing me to assist you today! Please rest assured that I addressed all the concerns you shared with me– ***”
Our problem was NEVER resolvedAfter further phone calls, Justfly informed us that the flight was cancelled Yet I was standing in the check in line for the flight we needed to boardJustfly customer service did nothing on their end to book the flight immediately We were at risk of missing our flight if this was not done by the check in cut off time Qatar Airways representatives took a financial risk by manually booking us on the flight to Doha so we could make our connecting flightsJustfly most likely gave us a confirmation of our booking but did not actually book it with Qatar Airways Justfly received our payment without paying the airline for the flight According to the Qatar Airways representatives on the ground in Dhaka, this business scammed usIf the Qatar Airways representatives did not assist us out of their own goodwill, we would have been stranded in Dhaka missing the entirety of our journey back home We would have had to purchase new tickets the day-of-travel at exorbitant rates That is completely irresponsible of Justfly to take our money without guaranteeing us our flightsIn Doha:
We have a hour layoverBritish Airways sometimes offers hotel accommodations for layovers longer than hours No such accommodations were provided through Justfly according to the Qatar Airways representative in Doha I called Justfly customer service and actually got a person on the other end She advised me to pay for the hotel and offered us a reimbursement upon verification of our receipts Justfly would request the refund from British Airways I asked the Justfly representative to call British Airways before I paid out of pocket for a hotel, and asked her to call me back because she wanted to put me on hold on an international call She then said Justfly would know in hours if refund request would be approved This makes absolutely no sense because our layover is hours We needed immediate answers Justfly dodges their responsibility and exhausts the customer with offers that cannot be trusted We’re still in Doha and have to yet to receive a phone call backJustfly is acting recklessly They put customers’ schedules, finances, health and safety at risk Qatar Airways representatives jeopardized their positions to accommodate us on our flight to Doha despite Justfly’s negligence We are still mid-journey and apprehensive about what other issues may arise In the meantime, we are stranded at Doha Airport with no accommodation for hoursJustfly is a horrible company Do NOT book with them

I'd give stars if I couldI attempted to book a ticket from LAX to Bali with them as they claimed the best priceOf course half way through the booking the price magically went upIt was still somewhat competitive so I completed the booking (despite having to uncheck unwanted insurance several times)I got a confirmation email and thought everything was good to goWrongA few hours later I got an email that there was a problem with my credit cardI call my credit card - no issues, and note that there's a $1,charge for the ticketsI call justFly - they tell me nope it didn't go throughWe argue for a bit, they agree to re-run itTurns out there was a $charge from JustFly which didn't go through, and the $was from China AirlinesThey assure me that the charge is just a temporary authorization and will drop off after hoursOk, fine, so I think all is good nowNext evening, I get an alert from my credit card that my credit limit has been exceeded! Come to find out, there's additional charges for $from China Airlines
On top of all this, I can't get through to customer service - selecting the option for help with an existing reservation just gets you either a fax machine or hung up onI've seriously called them about dozen times trying to get throughFunny enough if you select option for ticket sales you get someone right awayI finally get to a manager who says he'll cancel the chargesI'm not taking any chances and also alerting my credit card to possible fraud

Justfly.*** is a scam!!!! Extremely terrible experience with justfl*** for purchasing flight ticketI originally tried to find a flight through *** and in the list justfl*** showed the lowest priceAfter booking the ticket, 2-weeks later I got an email from justfl*** said that the reservation has something wrong and need to call them back but they didn't mention what's wrong in the emailThen I called back with long time holding, and suddenly a representative with severe accent told me that my first flight was cancelled by the Air China and justfl*** had helped me change the flight to another day and sent me an emailBut as they just changed the first flight that cannot connect to the original second flight in the "combo"So they not only changed the first flight without discussion with me but also ignored this obvious mistakeI would say either they were *** or liersThen I pointed out this mistake and asked them to find a totally new flight combo of another dateThey found one but told me that they needed to contact Air China to discuss the issue and needed hoursI said that's too long and told them I wanted full refund so I can book from other companiesThen they said they still need to contact Air China to get wavier code in order to process refund and need hours to get me backSo that's it! Then after even days they never call me back or send any emails about this refundAfter that I called them twice with the same issue, but different representatives answered my phone and seemed that they only knew my flight had issues but didn't know it's moving on to the refund processThey just wasted the time again and again and let me wait day after dayAfter I saw other complaints online, I realized that this is entirely a big lie and contact my credit card company to start investigation and retrieve my credit backDon't believe their *** that refund needs 6-weeksI guess that's the time they need to transfer your money out that the credit card company cannot reach them anymore! If the same thing happened to you and you failed to get your money back, I suggested that you call the police to help you out! Because that's what I am going to do if my credit card company failed to help me get money back! Oh, and *** and Air China, I don't know yet what you two have been involved with Justfl*** but I won't trust both of you two anymore either!
