I booked a round-trip flight to Missouri from Florida through Just FlyUnfortunately, I had to cancel the flight,which cost $To cancel my flight, I called their customer service number and waited on hold for minutes (from other reviews I've read, minutes was a short time.) They charged me $and I accepted that priceThey also notified me that I'd receive a credit of $for my next flight, and I had to use it before May The next day I received an email stating that, in order to use my credit, I would have to book a flight on the exact same route, AND they are going to charge me $to use that creditThis company will charge you for anything and everything you doI refuse to pay $to use a $creditThere are plenty of other third party booking companies that will happily let you cancel your flight and give you a credit, free of chargeDo not use this company

In December I booked a flight via Just Fly from Richmond, VA to Phoenix, AZI based this choice on the price and the number of stops--which was oneSeveral months later, I received an Email from Just Fly stating my flight was changed and the number of stops was changed to The price should have been lowered because of the increase in stopsI cancelled the flight later and was told I had to pay $to each airline for cancelling the flight as well as pay $to Just FlyThe $was not taken out of my Just Fly credit, but I had to provide a credit card numberThis is wrongToday, 4/21, I called Just Fly to book a flight to from Richmond, VA to Portland, O and I learned that I had to use the same airlines as I booked earlier, even though I paid a $cancellation to each airlineThis is not fairI waited and waited for the July Fly person to find another flight using the same airlinesHe came up with flights costing $I'm retired and cannot pay this amountI saw

Beware- JustFly is not worth the deal you think you're getting! Horrible customer service! Called JulyFly number to inquire about a billing discrepancy between invoice total they provided via email at booking and what was actually charged to my credit cardMy call was bounced around and spoke to several agents who were each confused, unhelpful, and did not speak English very well; difficult to understand, and the agents would just disconnect the call, multiple times! Very frustratingApparently, JustFly only accepts emails for any billing issuesIn addition, when booking, the website contains hidden charges for seat selectionRegular seats, not upgraded extra leg room options, just the function of choosing your seats! This appeared as an extra charge after the fact on my credit cardThey refused to refund this fee after I asked for seat assignment to be removedThey claim the fee is non-refundable however, they never tell you it's an extra charge in the first place! Avoid Justfl*** and book direct with the airlines

Booked a flight with justfly*** The flight was moved to an earlier time and we were not notified; therefore, we missed our flightBecause we missed our flight we also missed our ride from our final destination to our homeWe rebooked our flight on our own, then we called just fly so that they could get us a car rental so we could get homeThey wouldn’t do it because it was “too minor of a problem” (even though on their site they offer this service.)

JustFl*** is the WORST company I've come acrossThey advertised flights alongside reputable online flight reservation companies so I decided to go with them since the prices were slightly cheaperI will never ever use them again as they have been nothing but a headacheTo start, we booked three different flights with them and each leg has so far been changed or up-charged immenselyThe price advertised jumped over $from the page where we entered out credit card information to the submit page
We then got emails a saying that flight times had been changedOnly an hour here or there so we let it goThen, I received an ambiguous email a few weeks after booking saying I needed to call JustFly because another one of my flights had been changed/cancelledWhen I called to check on the status of the flight I was told that I would no longer be able to fly that day or that I would only be able to get a flight at horrible times with extremely long layoversI called Air Canada to confirm that there were no other flight options and was shown multiple available flights at convenient times on the day I wanted to travelI called JustFly back and was told they weren't able to get me on any of those flights, despite there still being available seatsI waited on hold for hours with JustFly and they continued to tell me they were unable to book my flight but could not give me a reason why
Finally I had a very helpful person from AirCanada call JustFly with me and after another painfully long hold they somehow were magically able to book me back onto the same flight I originally purchased
Overall horrible experience and very stressfulPlease DO NOT use JustFly
