Justfly [redacted] (a "travel booking agency") is an absolute scam, and I would like to share my experience to help others avoid all the hassle that I have been put throughFirst, I selected this company to purchase a cheap airline flight ticket with correct itinerary departure/arrival dates for my tripWhen I completed my transaction, the dates on my final itinerary were being shown as incorrectConsidering I had purchased flight insurance along with my airline ticket in case of change/cancellation, I attempted to go back and change my flight to one that would have me correctly arriving at my destination on timeAlthough I was able to make the changes, I then received a voicemail from the "supervisor" at Justfly [redacted] (as well as multiple emails) claiming there was immediate attention required for my flight changeMy phone call to Justfly's customer service department brings me to the second point of my complaintAlthough I explained my issue multiple times, the man that I spoke to over the phone (who I must say spoke extremely broken English) gave me a long, drawn-out explanation that I needed to cancel my flight and that I would be charged a $mandatory fee to cancel the flightI started to b [redacted] frustrated because I told him I would not pay the fee since he was the one making the suggestion to cancelHe kept giving me the run-around saying that it was mandatory, so I requested to speak to the supervisor that had left the voicemail on my phoneHe gave me numerous "um" and "uh" responses before saying that his supervisor would tell me the same thing about the fee, which made me increasingly frustratedI repeated over and over that I would like to speak to his supervisor, until finally I said "SUPERVISORNOW!" He finally "complied" with my request and "transferred" me to the supervisorHowever, I found this "transfer" to be very unsettling because it literally sounded like he had set the phone down near a recorder playing music (came to this conclusion because I could still here background chattering and noise)I was left on this "transfer hold" for about 20-minutes before I finally gave in and hung upAfter hanging up, I was very uncomfortable with this experience, came to the conclusion that I must have just been scammed, and called my bank to report fraudulent activity from this companyMy bank was very helpful in filing a fraud claim with this company and was able to have my money fully credited back to my accountYes, I know I should have done more research on this company before purchasing a high-priced airline ticket, but I am extremely shocked and blown-away by the level of Justfly's unprofessional business practicesAlong with this negative Revdex.com customer review, I will be leaving more complaints on other review sites to try to help other customers avoid this fraudulent business and their scamming activities

Hello, I booked a flight with Justfly [redacted] this week and had a misleading customer service experience that spanned daysI was repeatedly given misinformation and the information I was given, changed with every person I spoke toI was told the fee structure for changes was different than it was and was essentially forced to pay fees when I was told I would have a flight rebooked for the same priceThe calls are recorded so there is evidence of my experienceAt one point, I was told by a representative that my flight would be rebooked within hours and I would receive confirmation via email within that windowNot only did this not happen, when I called back to inquire about this, they told me that is not their policy and had no idea what I was talking aboutBy this time, if I wanted to make any changes they told me it was too late and I would now get hit with fees because of information they gave me directlyI'm out hundreds of dollars because of their run around, poor customer

I have even contacted the airline and they have told me since flight was canceled you will get full refund, but unfortunately I have to get it back from Just FlyI wish I had never used themDo yourself a favor, never use them! It was a nightmareI cancelled AA flights for my wife and I due to weather issuesI was told to pay a cancellation fee and be credited the air fare (about $1130)I was also told that I can use the $credit through Justfly***, not AAA few days later, I booked different flights on Feb25th for my wife and I through Justfly[redacted] and the air fare are $for two ticketsWhen I called Justfly[redacted] for my $credit, I was told that I CANNOT book the flights by myself, but ONLY Justfly [redacted] agents can book the flights for usSo I called Justfly three timesThey first cancelled my $ticketsThe first agent told me that there is no flights available on Feb25th, and then the phone got disconnectedThe second agent also took a long time and my phone run out of batteryThe third agent was able to book the same flights for me after almost minutes on the phone (she kept asking me to wait for or more minutes), but the two tickets price is $2692, each $I checked [redacted] and even AA website, the price is around $for two ticketsBasically, Justfly [redacted] is cheating and ripping off customersNot only I will lose my $credit to Justfly [redacted] I need pay another $plus all the cancellation feesWhat a shame!
I booked a ticket with Justfly [redacted] on Oct.2, for a flight on Janfrom MIA to LAX and got my confirmationThe ticket was bought from Alaska airline(Flight 6431) and was operated by American Airline(Flight AA275)However, when I arrived at the airport, the American Airline refused to printed out my boarding pass because I was not on the list on the flightThus I missed my flight and ended up wasted a whole day and using my money to buy another flight to come back to LAI have contacted both American Airline and Alaska Airline and they have provided me information that shows that Justfly [redacted] didn't finish their registration and therefore did not transfer my name onto the flightThe air confirmation number I received was 5AHP2X (Justfly [redacted] said that this was provided by Alaska Airline), However Alaska Airline said that they do not have confirmation code that has number and my confirmation code was actually HNGHFXAlaska Airline then provided me information showing that the re
I purchased round trip tickets for myself and my mom for a total of $through Just FlyWe were supposed to fly out 1/6/and return 1/27/The airline used was [redacted] The airline canceled our flight due to weatherJust Fly was unable to book us another flight out so I simply requested for a full refundIt has been weeks now, and it seems I may never get my money backIf you call their number the only way to get someone on the phone is if you select “for a new booking”So then I get transferred to customer support, give them all my info, to get transferred again, stay on hold, and get transferred again and again(Dedicate a good hr of your day in order to talk to someone)Their customer support is extremely rudeIf they don’t want to address your issue they just end the callI have spoken twice now with two different supervisorEvery time I speak with their support team they say that airline has to issue a waiver code first before Just fly can refund meThey say it takes to hrsIt has been weeks!!! I have even contacted the airline and they have told me since flight was canceled you will get full refund, but unfortunately I have to get it back from Just FlyI wish I had never used themDo yourself a favor, never use them! All I want is my money back…
