On Sunday November 12, my wife and I booked a flight through Justfly*** with trip cancellation insurance to Honolulu, HawaiiThis was $After paying for this flight we realized we booked the wrong destination in Hawaii, and paid for an additional flight to the right destination through justfly*** for $We went to cancel our first flight on the internet through justfly,but our trip cancellation insurance didn't come into effect until the following day November 13, and justfly were charging $to cancelSo I decided to call United who the airfare tickets were with and cancel directly with themHowever, United were unable to cancel our flight and provide a refund as they did not have our payment, Justfly still had our moneyThe following day, November 13, my wife and I canceled our flight through Justfly where they charged us $cancellation fee, cancelled our trip cancellation insurance and told us wrong destinations are not covered and refused to give us a refund

I paid $to Justfly.com to select seats on the flights I also booked through them from ORD > IST, IST > SKP, and the two return flightsWhen I arrived at the airport, my seats were not reservedOn two of the four flights, I ended up in middle seats which was exactly what I was trying to avoid by paying to reserve seats in advanceI'd like a refund for this seat selection since no seats were actually selected for meI've submitted this request twice to the business directly and haven't received a response

Ridiculous that they don't refund flights after the hour purchasing period has passedRidiculous that if you DO try to cancel within hours of purchasing the ticket, you are charged $No other flight booking website has this same horrible policyI will never buy through their site again

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! This was my first attempt at booking with Justfly.com Here is what I experienced: multiple emails prompting me to call as there where problems with my reservation The first time I called it took hours to make a correction to a birth date I was then told all was good The next day I received two more emails requesting I call as there was a problem and if I did not make contact within a few hours my reservation would be cancelled I called and was informed they needed our passport numbers to complete this reservation The travel was completely within the USA with no foreign travel Justfly informed me it was the airline requesting this information and that if I did not provide it they would cancel our reservation Justfly WOULD NOT allow me to talk to a supervisorThis took about minutes of my time and I would not provide my passport information I called the airlines directly and informed them of what I was being told They confirmed my reservation and my bank confirmed payment as well as the airlines While on the phone with the airlines as the airlines put information into my reservation stating that a passport was not needed for this travel, Justfly cancelled my reservation after the airlines provided notation The airlines watched the status of my reservation change The airline was fabulous and assisted us in securing the reservation through them I then called Justfly to find out what was going on and they informed me I cancelled the reservation and there would be a fee for the cancellation I explained that I did not cancel it they did and that the airlines watched it change as I was on the phone with them to investigate the need for a passport Justfly struggled with this idea and repeated multiple times that I cancelled it Again they WOULD NOT allow me to talk with a supervisor After much frustration and a direct message as what options I have based on their business practices, Justfly agreed to refund all the charges within - hoursIt has not been - hours yet, but I will write again if I do not have the refund within this time frame Needless to say I am writing in hope that others do not experience what we have experienced I am also hoping to disclose Justfly as after my experience I spent time researching them and have found issues have happened to lots of folks This is a business that needs to be shutdown and airlines need to know what Justfly is saying about them
