bait and swith on flight prices

DO NOT use this company I purchased a round-trip airline ticket to travel to visit a friend The ticket price was $ Unfortunately, our travel plans changed, and I had to cancel the reservation JustFly charged me a $cancellation fee, but said that I had one year to use a travel credit of $ Sounds great, right?
Six months later I attempted to re-book the flight using the travel credit JustFly wanted to charge me a $re-booking fee! For that price, I could simply make new airline reservations directly with the airline for $ I contacted JustFly on several occasions, waiting on hold for over an hour each time, requesting to speak with a supervisor Each time, they told me that I needed to contact the airline In my opinion, they swindled me out of $ What on earth was the $cancellation fee? Why would they charge $to re-book the flight? RIDICULOUS It is money down the drain

By far the worst experince ive ever hadMy grandmother just passed away and I needed immediate tickets for out of country and went through these guys after buying the tickets I get an email saying everything is goodnext day im on my way to the air port and I see I have an email that my ticket was canceled !!?? First of all upon ordering a flight the price change after the price change the return date changed when I called customer service to correct this they said it would cost a fee to change the date then they said it would cost the cancellation fee of $to cancel the ticket in a negotiated down to but it is very upsetting and they were being very difficult They would spell things wrong repeat things back wrong and keep going up in price is and down in prices and all together pretty much shady

JustFly has included several clauses that are not followed even by the company themselvesWe in particular are a victim to the unethical conduct of JustFlyWe have bought the flight tickets and we were able to take the first flight however, on our way back, we were not able to board the flight as they said: "We can not pull up your information."

This is the worst online booking I've ever used
They messed up my profile and booked a wrong name on the flight ticket
When I found out and called their customer service about times, it took them hours, hours, hours, minutes, etcto keep me on the phone, but finally has to cancel the ticket, with a charge!!!
and worst of all, the agent on the call even threaten me that:
"If you don't want to agree on the charge of $for cancellation, I'll leave it not cancelled, and your ticket will expired so you get nothing back, if that's what you want, I can do that!"
This is the respond from their customer service!!!

My wife & I bought tickets from Justfly to fly to Europe in the fall of for about $ We're in our late 60's so I bought the insurance Justfly recommended Prior to traveling my wife developed a problem with her neck which eventually required a spinal stenosis operation (she is still not able to travel a year later I called the insurance company and they asked if I had cancelled the flight I said I had not but I would call them back after I officially cancelled I called Justfly and cancelled (nobody told me it cost $to cancel - I learned this after it showed up later on my credit card.) I called the insurance company back and they sent me the forms to fill out which included letters from the doctors involved I made more appointments with the doctors and they told me I was wasting my time because the insurance would not pay off anyway I spent a considerable amount time with additional doctors appointments, collecting the paperwork required, sending it in, answering endless requests for more data finally admitting defeat after about hours of effort It turns out that by officially cancelling the flight (at a cost of $300) I was entitled to use the $within the next year (which we can't.) Eventually the insurance company said I was entitled to a full refund less the amount of credit I received for cancelling the flight I just got off the phone with Justfly and was told the refunded flight had to be completed by the end of Nov - it seems like I was told it just had to be booked by November of My recommendations are: Don't get the insurance, if you can't go don't cancel the flight, don't fly with Justfly
