A couple weeks ago, I went on the Justfly.com mobile app to book a flight for my desired dateI was pleased to find an inexpensive flight in my search results, so I booked the flightI was sent a confirmation email for my flight, but did not open the email bc I knew what it was & had no reason to believe that the flight I booked was not for the intended day- after allthe date I plugged into my search results should be what pops up unless I choose a box on the search browser indicating that I am ok with viewing the surrounding dates alsoToday, I just happened to open the email accidentally as I was searching for information on the trip I am planningI noticed the dates were not correct for the flight I had bookedI was baffled at how this could be the case as I felt I had been very careful to get the times I needed for my tripI thought perhaps the option I was needing on the actual date requested might still be available, so I called Justfly.com while looking up flights

I had to cancel a flight due to a health issue and cannot get ahold of a person to speak to for a refund of flight fees

I booked a round trip flight from Charleston, SC to Pittsburgh, PA on the Priceline website When I received my email confirmation, the flight had me going to Charleston, WV, not Pittsburgh, PA through Justfly (I had never heard of this company) I called Justfly's customer service right away and spoke to ***, he would not give his last name He said there would be a $cancellation fee I told him I reviewed the flight information on line before submitting that it was correct The email confirmation was wrong After complaining, he said he would lower the cancellation fee to $as a courtesy I have flown enough to know to review the information before submitting I hope this review helps other people to be aware

After experiencing their nightmare service and then seeing through several review websites includeing the Revdex.com, I am amazed this company has not been shut down My wife had to cancel her flight and we accepted that we had to pay a $cancellation fee and would only receive credit rather than a refund When we tried to book a new flight using the credit, the site would not allow us to use the credit at its stated value for the fare that it had advertised I received the run around from their incompetent customer service for nearly an hour, being transferred several times to different people and then they eventually hung up on me At that point I called my credit card company to report their business as a fraud and directed them not to honor any of the charges This company has such terrible business practices it should be considered a fraudulant business The number of negative reviews of this company is astounding and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by the *** yet

I purchased two round trip tickets on 01/18/for JunetravelOn 05/04/I received an email from *** with a changed/new itinerary for my trip and re-issue of ticketsBut I found out I wouldn't be able to make that trip; when I cancelled it, I was told if I paid $per ticket I could bank them for later use , but still would have to pay $to re-issue each ticket I paid the seventy-five dollars fees as I didn't want to lose the ticketsThe date was 06/13/ Never it was mentioned that the banked tickets had an expiration date In fact, I was given the assurance that I could use them ANYTIME Today I called to schedule a trip using those banked tickets(money) and what was my surprise when this heavily accented Asian voice told me the tickets were expired! I explained over and over what had transpired when I first cancelled the original flight, but to no avail She kept repeating that the tickets were valid only for a year A year? I recently purchased a ticket from Justfly*** , I didn't receive the booking confirmation email as promised for my flight , I called times to ask for it and they said it was nothing they could do , so I had to cancel my flight that was a few hours later , To cancel they said it would be $dollars but I talked them down to $and in result a full refundI called days later to ask for a confirmation saying that my bank account has been notified for a request for a refund and I also never received that email I talked to approximately different people every time I called and I asked to talk to the supervisor and *** was never there

I ordered airline tickets through justfly.com and it was fairly an easy processThe only negative point I must share about this company is that they charge you for seat assignments if you want to make a selectionNow I understand that most airlines do charge for seatingHowever, I purchased two seats at $a piece on one leg of a tripWhen I received my booking confirmation only one seat was confirmedThey do however point out that the airline can't guarantee the seat confirmation, therefore I decided to call the airline (*** ***) itself to find out why one seat was confirmed and the other notThe nice gentleman informed me that I didn't need to pay for the seats and that I could have just purchased the tickets and then call them to get my assigned seatsNow mind you, not all airlines do it for free before hours of your flight, but *** *** is the exceptionHe confirmed my seating and also assigned me two more seats for the next leg of our trip for freeSo, this is just a warning to not purchase seats when you book your ticketsDo your homeworkYou can always purchase the seats if need be at another timeThis was my first time ordering tickets through justfly.com and I think I will stick to doing business with the airlines itselfYou know exactly what you are getting

My wife and I, both senior citizens, received terrible service during the last part of our Alaskan vacation booked through JustflyOur destination was our home in suburban Philadelphia, PAOur flight from Vancouver B.Cto Newark, N.Jgot us close to homeHowever to our surprise, the last leg of our journey to Philadelphia was not by plane but by AmtrackOur tickets indicated a layover in Newark, N.Jand then a *** Flight to Philadelphia; but apparently there isn’t, and never was, a flight from Newark to Philadelphia, thus our dilemmaWe wound up taking a train to downtown Philadelphia (lugging all of our heavy suitcases) and then took a taxi across town to the Philadelphia airport to get our carNothing in our booking confirmation indicated travel by train, or taxi for that matterMaybe Justfly should change their name to Justfly and Amtrack

Very disappointed with this company Poor customer service, long wait times on hold to speak to a representative or supervisor when there was a problem with our reservation They answered the phone promptly when we were making reservation initiallyHowever, when we needed to call back because we were overcharged the rep placed me on hold for a
long time then came back and told me the extra fees charged were for booking through a travel agent When I booked initially the representative told me that the extra fees were for taxes, which on the website clearly states that the taxes were already included Bottom line, the extra fees were not for taxes but some kind of service fee that Justfl*** charges without telling you On top of that, we had to cancel our reservation all together as they would not just refund the extra $that they overcharged usOur bank account is tied up because it takes to business days for the refund, so we can not re-book immediately if we wanted toSupervisor was no help and offered no other information or explanation (or even an apology for the inconvenience) than the representative that over charged us They completely waisted our time and tied up our account I'm writing this in real time as I just got off the phone with them I will be calling the FRAUD department at my bank to reverse the over $they have of my $$$$!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
