I purchased flights to and from Germany that we completed on May 7, We did not check our bags flying out, but on return we checked two bags, and per Justfly's booking confirmation we were allotted first checked bag free for each ticketWell *** air stated that our ticket was purchased as Economy light, so we had to pay Euros($105) per bag in order to board and the *** Air agent would not accept what was stated on our Justfly receiptJustfly states that this ticket was booked as Economy and that *** air is incorrect in their definitionIn dealing with both *** air and Justfly, no one will work to resolve the claim stating their company is not accountable for the errorTrying to deal with *** air is one of the worst experiences, let alone having Justfly work to resolve the issue or escalate itWarning anyone looking to book travel with these companies, I wish you all the luck!

I purchased tickets to dublin in Dec of I paid for them at that timeWhen I tried to check in I found that my middle name and my wife;s middle name had been omitted from the ticketI called Justfly to try and get it fixedThey said that I had filled the paperwork out correctly but there was a computer issue because Delta uses a different systemAs a result I need to pay an additional dollars per ticketI did everything correctly and through some problem between Delta and JustFly, my trip is now between and dollars moreThis is unfair

On March 24, 2017, around PM (EST) I had called to purchase airline tickets fr international travelAfter seeing a 'good price' offered, I had decided to purchase of the ticketsI had provided my information (name, date of birth, credit card number etc) for the ticketsThe representative told me over the phone that I will receive my tickets within few minutes by emailAfter and half hour later at 6:pm I had called them and informed that, I haven't received my ticketsThen I finally received the tickets by email at 7:PMAfter verifying the tickets, I have seen that the representative has my Son's name incorrectly written in the ticketAlso, as my son is an infant, I had requested that my seats be assignedAfter seeing the seats are not assigned and the error in my son's name, I called Justfly.com at 9:pm to tell them they got the name wrong and didn't assign the seatsBecause of that, I am told them to cancel the tickets as I am still within their hours cancellation policyI am cancelling within hours of receiving the ticketsBut they were telling me I am over the hours limit by minutes from the time I called themThey do not want to take any responsibility of the fact that, they took almost hours to send me the tickets from the time I called
Then I called my bank and stopped the paymentThen justfly.com used a different name to charge my cardStay away from Justfly.com so that you dont have to go through this hassle I went through

Last night my friend and I spent almost hours on the phone trying to reschedule a flight with Justfly.***The original booking for tickets was cancelled due to illnessAt that time, we were told a $penalty per ticket would be chargedI asked for a reduction of the penalty and it was reduced to $60/ticket "as a courtesy." After being on hold multiple times, we were told that, if we wanted to proceed with rescheduling our flights, we would need to pay a $200/ticket fee to do that! My patience evaporated and I asked to speak to a supervisorSeveral holds later, the "supervisor" told us pretty much the same thingNoticed that a printout of the website listed $125/ticket fees for cancelling plus additional fees for re-bookingThere seems no way to retrieve the cancelled ticket costs credited to us that were left over after all fees were deducted without again paying the $200/ticket feeThe supervisor would not tell us who actually had our creditAbsolutely impossible to understand Justfly.*** personnel! And their fees are truly beyond punitive!! We advise anyone to avoid this companyStick with reputable ones

I booked a one-day business trip in and out of Ronald Reagan (DCA) via JustFly***, with *** inbound and *** outboundDespite providing all my details in my customer profile, including TSA Known Traveller Number, Passport, *** Skymiles # and *** AAdvantage #, these bozos had the following problems:

2) They didn't send my TSA Precheck number to either *** or American;

Our experience is similar to others My daughter was charged a $extended cancellation fee, and was told that she could change her flight reservation within hours at no cost She tried to do that, and was charged $ Just Fly (which is difficult to reach, and you will be on hold forever) advised that their fee is THEIR fee, and the airline cancellation fee is extra Also, after changing her reservation and being charged, it was changed at all Their customer service person continually interrupted, but did finally agree to simply cancel the flight and to charge only the $ I am skeptical that this will be honored, so will contact my bank immediately to challenge any charge over that amount Avoid this vendor if less expensive travel is your goal

I tried calling these people to resolve a customer service failure on their part which has cost me a few hundred dollarsI was on hold for over an hour, and they never answered, much less rectify their faultPerhaps they were asleep? As some of the other complaints have also alleged, their cancellation and change policies are not at all as advertisedThey attempted to levy ridiculous charges, for example in addition to forfeiting the entire cost of my ticket to cancel, they threatened to charge me an additional dollarsTheir fares, to attempt to switch dates, were quoted to me as double and triple the amount online, and they would not change any other aspect of the ticket, effectively using their policies to force me to forfeit the ticket by not showing up for the flight, which is what the service representative told me to doShe didn't know any of the policies offhand, would put me on hold after each of my questions, and come back with conflicting quotes and information that did not add up
