We booked AeroMexico flights via JustflyWe received an automated email saying that our flight had been changed without any information about what had been changedI called to find out what was going on and received an automated message saying that they were experiencing higher than call volume and to call back 2-weeks before our flight datesI kept calling, finally got through to someone a month later and was told that both my outgoing and incoming flight times had been changed by an hour, making it impossible for us to catch our already-booked regional flightsI requested to change the flights or cancel and the JustFly employee told me that these were considered minimal changes that did not require any change or refund on their part, and that if I wanted to cancel my flights they would be 100% non-refundable and then she literally hung up on me
I booked a flight from justfly, but within hours I had an emergency and cancelled my reservation, jetblue had no problem with giving back my money and justfly charged me this information wasn't on there website,, they either keep you on hold forever and don't respond to your emails, Thank you for your time, Eric Corbin
