Poor Customer service! Right now I'm not sure if they are going to charge my account the extra or if the hold will expire but to either of these happen I can't use my money due to their errorDon't trust companies that can't own their mistakes and help their customers made it right!! Lucky I can handle having that kind of money on hold or my bills wouldn't be getting paid and I would be getting fees!!
