The company placed a hold on my account for $2,and wouldn't send anything to my bank stating that it was done in error even after I had the bank send them a written statement with the reference numbers to the hold on my account to verify that the hold truly was on my bank accountThe customer service reps talked in circles and it took multiple times and over an hour on hold to get to a managerThe manager, don't trust it was one, talked in the same circles and in the end I gave up and hung up because I got sick of hearing the same thing! Poor Customer service! Right now I'm not sure if they are going to charge my account the extra or if the hold will expire but to either of these happen I can't use my money due to their errorDon't trust companies that can't own their mistakes and help their customers made it right!! Lucky I can handle having that kind of money on hold or my bills wouldn't be getting paid and I would be getting fees!! I will be filing a compliant if justfly.com charges the $2,to my account as it was not authorized and I have fully paid them for the price of my tickets

This is the worst customer service experience with a company I've encountered Regretfully having to cancel a non-refundable ticket due to a family member with a terminal illness leading to their death, I understood the ticket would not be refunded I reached out to confirm any refund possibility and inquire of any future credit on the ticket I was told on the phone there would be no future credit on the ticket and received an email stating the decline of the refund I reached out again asking if they could send the email including that the ticket would not be valid for future travel credit and was told I would receive the email within hrs Five times I reached out and the same response was given, and then the last call I was told they would not be able to send an email I can be told this over the phone, but they are not able to send it in an email is what I was told Each call to them on average takes an hour and any genuine customer service assistance is lacking It seems more like someone reading a script each time you call and poor training as I have to ask the person on the line to review the notes in their CRM before going through the entire situation each time Absolutely horrible....live and learn
