My name was spelled incorrectly on my itineraryWhen I called to have it changed they had me on hold for and a half hours stating they were trying to get in contact with the airline to change it because they themselves could not do soAfter and hour and a half I called the airline and was able to change my name in under minthey however told me that they were not able to connect my name to the ticket because it was purchased through Voyages A La Carte and gave me a number to callWhen I called that number it picked up and hung up on me timesmeanwhile I have been on hold with Justfly*** the entire timeonce they finally came back on the line I told them that I had my name changed with the airlines and that they needed to connect the flight with the ticket.they then placed me on hold again and came back telling me that I needed to pay $to have them reprint my ticketsThis was after me bing on the phone for an hour and a half and having done all the leg work with the

I booked with Justfly*** and it said hour free cancellation, I made this reservation for my daughter, June 16th at 1:pm, today I wanted to cancel it is June 17th 11:PMThe day I made my reservation I called in and talked to a sales representative and asked her specifically that if I was too cancelled would I be able to cancel with no such penaltyShe told me that there would be not fees at all and that I would get my money back, no problemToday I had to forcefully cancel my flight because Panama (which is where we were flying) is having a flu epidemic that is fatal to children and elders, my daughter is a child and I did not want her to be exposed to thatAll in all I called before the hours and I was charged $75! on August I purchased a airline ticket with Spirit airlines I cancelled the same day they refund my monies however Justfly.com took $off my card with out my permission they refuse to refund my monies I call several times trying to resolve this issue they were very unprofessional keep hanging up the phone I am requesting that other consumers are aware of this unprofessional practice and requesting my full refund
