I’m trying to be issued a refund to flight tickets for Puerto Rico due to the hurricanes that devastated the island but they will not isssue the refund until I pay $to them instead of taking the $out of the refund

Purchased airline tickets online for a business trip, a name on one of the tickets contains a misspelling - simply an extra "m" in the name "Flemming."
