Justfly.*** doesn't take responsibility for their mistakesWe had requested vegan meals on our flights to and from Dublin, Ireland and on our way to Dublin only my wife had the correct meal given to herThey did not communicate that I too had a vegan meal requested almost months before our flightThen on the way back to Los Angeles, our flights were supposedly confirmed to be right next to each other but the airline stated that only seat was reserved and the other was notWe never had any problems like these with other booking companies and we will never use them againThey said they could not do anything about it and to talk to the airline when we arrive for boarding which would be too late by then

Don’t use this company!! They changed my flights twice resulting in a hour layover which is ridiculousI am traveling with my year old mother who is in a wheelchairWhen I called they act like they are looking for other flight options but they try to put you on flights that are very undesirable and most likely underbooked What a scam!! Then when I tried to check in for my flight I couldn’t online! Which then means we have to wait and check in at airport I paid for seats after initially booking and now probably won’t even have good seats So frustrating!! I wish I could charge them for the extra time I have spent on this!! I’ve read so many similar reviews on *** so this is how they operateWish I would have read those reviews before booking with them

I purchased flights from *** and realized I needed to go to a different airport insteadThe next day, I cancelled my original flights and I tried to use the website to reroute my flight but found that I could only purchase flights to and from the same airports I originally purchasedRealizing it was too much of a hassle I went to repurchase my original flightsThe flights prices had skyrocketed $each! I have used justfly for several flights within the past 2-yearsI was typically happy with their available flights, however I recently booked a flight and was overcharged by the airline after processingWithin minutes I called customer serviceI was able to speak to someone relatively quickly, however I was told my only option was to accept the increased charges (which were over $150) or pay a $cancellation fee, which they would not waive, and rebook my flightThe poor customer service has deterred me from ever using their site again and I would recommend using a more reputable site

I recently booked U.Sdomestic tickets at a very good price through JustFly.comJustFly advertises full refund cancellation within hoursI needed to cancel one of the travelers and attempted this hours before the time limitI was unable to connect with them even though I tried every minutes only to hear a recording telling me to "try again later." Their call center was temporarily having difficulties (according to their website)I finally connected with them minutes before the hour deadlineThey told me I did not meet the hour deadline and therefore will be charged cancellation fee plus my cancelled ticket will not be refunded but only credited with limitations for yearSO, because their system was inoperative, I did not meet their deadline and don't get my refund plus I pay an extra feeThey advertise values of "integrity" but certainly do not stand by thisAdditionally, the supervisor told me I should have cancelled way before the hour timeframeBut hours is what they advertise!!! This is not that treats people respectfully and honestly

Me and my husband booked premium economy flights from JustFlyWe called the airline to ask what is included to it and found out that the flights we booked were actually light economy, meaning that not even a bag was included in the price, nor better seats or mealsJustfly kept saying that the flights have premium economy benefitsWe spent hours on phone Justfly to solve this issue and all we were offered is no-fee cancellation of flights, even if we had legal documents in front of us (tickets) that stated that we have premium economyThe JustFly supervisor we spoke with was not sorry about this mistake and did not offer any kind of compensationThe worst experience ever and completely untrustworthy companyDo NOT use them ever

Terrible experienceHOURS spent on the phone waiting on hold, dealing with overseas call centers, inept customer service representativesWait on hold for an hour only to be disconnected mid-conversation (TWICE this happened) Called the airline direct and they said I was able to change my flight, but had to go through justf* Justf* (different reps) REFUSED to change my flight - just mentioned a vague 'policy' that they were unable to verify of not changing tickets once a ticket was 'partially used' Extremely frustrating, a huge waste of time and in the end NO SAVINGS AT ALL! Avoid at all costs

We have been using justfly for long time and usually spend 1000+ dollars every yearRecently we could not use return flight Reference Number: *** due to the death of our family memberWe understand the flight was non refundable, but this type of cancellation is covered by our credit card benefits and they asked us to get a letter from justfly mentioning the monetary value of return flight that we were unable to travelMy husband has been following up with them for many many days and they have completely ignored our request nowWe are almost close to losing the benefits of card services as we might not be able to meet the deadline set by themThey also charged fee for seat reservation, but we did not get the seat we reserved, which is a SCAM!! We will file a dispute against them and file a report to *** *ffairsAvoid this site as much as you can!!

Worst customer service, excessive hold times up to two hours and unable to make any upgrades or purchase additional options

on 4/19/18, I spoke to *** *** ** Justfly travel agencyUnfortunately, she did disclosed all charges at the time when I booked tickets, I asked her about reserving seats and check in baggage but she told me that I can do after purchasing my ticketsshe told me to check in one bag and that was ok with meone part of the flight was booked with jet-blueno charge for reserving seats and for one check in bagthe second flight was with Spirit airline and they charge each to reserved a seat and to per check in bagthis info was not disclosed to me at the time of purchaseIf I new this , I would not have purchased the tickets*** *** purposely avoid giving me the accurate infoOn 4/21/18, I spoke *** *** and Manager*** and both said there is nothing they can do about this materI cannot cancel the tickets or there will because fee will be deductedThis is Cheating the citizen of the United State of America They made a mistake

Trying to book a flight with justfly*** site was horribleThe flight came through with the destination and departure reversedI called immediately and the only solution they had was to charge $per ticket to cancel on tickets that cost $each way No customer service, poor english skills and a terrible site.This was even though I had the travel insurance! don't book with this company

I booked a flight trip back in September and, while recently checking the status of my flights directly on the airline website, noticed that the second leg of my flight out was booked correctly The return flight was correctI contacted the airline because I figured it was their error The airline rep said that their airline only offers flights out of my city on Sundays and Thursdays, and that JustFly should have contacted meThey then asked if I'd like to rebook and I did while I had them on the phoneWhat I want to know is -- why didn't Justfly contact me? What if I hadn't checked this until closer to the flight and I found out THEN that I wasn't leaving as originally planned?
I called Justfly and the woman who took the call said that Justfly was no longer responsible for doing anything for me since I chose to rebook with the airline, and that they would do nothing to compensate me for what could have been a travel disaster I asked to speak to the woman's supervisor and she refused I then wrote Justfly and have had no response, although that was several weeks ago

Worst Third Party web-based airline ticket issuerThey give you a very hard time, me and my wife wanted to change our flight tickets due to an emergency and that took us over a week to do soi am so tired and exhausted of even having the thought of speaking to them, they hardly speak/understand english, why r they even allowed to be an online ticket issuer if they can't do business right ? they over charge you for everything plus delay

I have a negative review with Justfly I booked a ticket with Justfly and had to cancel The agent on the other line said the original charge to cancel the ticket is $I was debating to cancel it, he said he would discount the cancellation charge to $if I cancelled that day I was charged the original $ I called back to inquire when my $would be credited, the representative on the other line said they would not be able to do that I was falsely told something from the original representative to expedite the cancellation process, I will not be using Justfly for any further business

On October 22nd I purchased a round trip ticket through JUSTFLYThe ticket is for a flight from SF to Colombo I am planning to take on March 22, and was for PREMIER ECONOMY class on *** AirlinesI contacted *** Airlines to confirm they have my reservation this past week and they did in fact have my reservation but for a lower class of travel than what I had purchasedI have tried to resolve this through JUSTFLY numerous times and have been put on hold each time for over a hourThey acknowledge the ticket is for PREMIER ECONOMY but just put me on holdI need my reservation with *** Airlines to reflect the class of ticket I actually purchased online

I had a terrible experience with JustFly Our flight ended up being an hour later than it was confirmed as which meant that we missed our connection and had to be put on a later flight When I called JustFly I was put on hold interminably and I got so sick of it that I just hung up Interestingly someone did call me back after I had messaged Facebook but he was entirely unhelpful to the situation I will never book with JustFly again,

I booked a flight from Boston to Barcelona through JustFly*** on October I was charged the full amount on that date, matching the booking receipt and price I was quotedTwo months later, on December 22, I was charged an additional $I never received a receipt for this transactionI attempted to call customer service to figure out what this charge wasThey insisted I had logged onto their web site to chose seats on December 22, but I have not altered this reservation in any way since the original bookingThey were not helpful and did not refund the transactionAs this charge was not mentioned in our original contract, I believe it was charged erroneously
