Justfly*** (a "travel booking agency") is an absolute scam, and I would like to share my experience to help others avoid all the hassle that I have been put throughFirst, I selected this company to purchase a cheap airline flight ticket with correct itinerary departure/arrival dates for my tripWhen I completed my transaction, the dates on my final itinerary were being shown as incorrectConsidering I had purchased flight insurance along with my airline ticket in case of change/cancellation, I attempted to go back and change my flight to one that would have me correctly arriving at my destination on timeAlthough I was able to make the changes, I then received a voicemail from the "supervisor" at Justfly*** (as well as multiple emails) claiming there was immediate attention required for my flight changeMy phone call to Justfly's customer service department brings me to the second point of my complaintAlthough I explained my issue multiple times, the man that I spoke to over the phone (who I must say spoke extremely broken English) gave me a long, drawn-out explanation that I needed to cancel my flight and that I would be charged a $mandatory fee to cancel the flightI started to b*** frustrated because I told him I would not pay the fee since he was the one making the suggestion to cancelHe kept giving me the run-around saying that it was mandatory, so I requested to speak to the supervisor that had left the voicemail on my phoneHe gave me numerous "um" and "uh" responses before saying that his supervisor would tell me the same thing about the fee, which made me increasingly frustratedI repeated over and over that I would like to speak to his supervisor, until finally I said "SUPERVISORNOW!" He finally "complied" with my request and "transferred" me to the supervisorHowever, I found this "transfer" to be very unsettling because it literally sounded like he had set the phone down near a recorder playing music (came to this conclusion because I could still here background chattering and noise)I was left on this "transfer hold" for about 20-minutes before I finally gave in and hung upAfter hanging up, I was very uncomfortable with this experience, came to the conclusion that I must have just been scammed, and called my bank to report fraudulent activity from this companyMy bank was very helpful in filing a fraud claim with this company and was able to have my money fully credited back to my accountYes, I know I should have done more research on this company before purchasing a high-priced airline ticket, but I am extremely shocked and blown-away by the level of Justfly's unprofessional business practicesAlong with this negative Revdex.com customer review, I will be leaving more complaints on other review sites to try to help other customers avoid this fraudulent business and their scamming activities

We had a lot of issues with our recent trip booked through the Justfly booking companyOne month before our trip we had all the hotels, transportation, and schedule finalized since Europe is expensive and we had made plans to travel with other peopleEven before we left the United States we had a problem with our flight from Split, Croatia to Paris, Franceweek before the flight Justfly reached out to notify us that the flight on 8/was cancelled and we needed to move to another flightWe agreed to take the flight the day before on 8/and forfeit our non-refundable hotel in SplitAdditionally we had to book a second night in Paris to accommodate usWe thought this would be the end of the problems, but days into our trip to Europe we received another notification from Justfly that we needed to contact them immediatelyAfter an hour on hold we were able to talk to a rep who only told us that we needed to talk to their specialist, all of whom were busy at the timeThey put a note in our file to call us, but didn't return the call until 2am (hours later)When we finally were able to get in touched with them the next day they notified us that the airline had rejected our request to change flightsWe asked what we should do and the Justfly representative said that they couldn't help us that verbatim told us that we should book another flight and they would process a refundWe specifically asked them to verify that our flight from Paris to New York would not be impacted and they agreedWe booked one way flights from Split to Paris based on their recommendationThis still wasn't the end of our problems as the night before we were supposed to head back to New York, I noticed a number of emails from JustflyI called again and asked them to verify that our flights were still fine, which they confirmed but indicated that the flight was leaving an hour earlier than originally scheduledWe arrived early at the airport to find out that Justfly was wrong and the flight was still at its original timeWhen we attempted to check in we were notified that our flight from Split was indicated as abandoned, and as such, unreserved our seats on the flight to New YorkWe tried to explain to them that the booking company informed us to book new flights and showed them the emails from Justfly but they were unable to re-assign our seats and we were required to pay for the recalculated price direct from Paris to New York in order to get on the flightWe contacted Justfly again, who made no efforts to help with the situationI asked for them to provide our case file and the recordings of our conversation and was instructed to contact them to make the requestI've sent requests over the past week and have received no response from themTheir customer service has been atrocious and led to a significant financial burden in addition to lost time and stress throughout our trip

I changed a flight at the direction of Emirates Airlines due to a posted weather advisoryEmirates Airlines did not collect a fee for this change, however Justfly.com charged me $and claimed that the Airline collected the fundsI had a conference call with Justfly WITH a member of Emirates on the phone who told me that they should refund my funds because Emirates did not charge it and did not collect itI have been getting the runaround for weeks nowThe airline allows changes due to weatherThis was an official weather advisory and Justfly took advantage of this to charge me a fee that the airlines DID NOT CHARGEI would like a refundJustfly Booking:***

I booked my tickets through justfly.com and want to provide my experienceThe airlines publishes that they provide competitive prices without any warnings and then lock the customer money and ticketsWhen we reach out them using their customer service, the call takes a minimum of mins as they need to put us on hold and talk to respective airlines as one would do(No automated systems).The CSEs communication is horrible and abruptly cut the phone if the talks are not in favorable to them or the companyThey are no worse than your streets travel agent

I booked travel arrangements for my parents with justfly.com to travel to RussiaMy parents are both elderly and both have cancerThey traveled to visit with their grandchildren likely for the last time, otherwise they don’t travel any moreI requested wheelchair accommodations for both of them but the agency did not relate the information properly to the airlinesLuckily, I travelled with my parents on the outbound trip and was able to remedy the situationEven so, LA airport turned out to be very difficult to navigate with wheel chairsWe had to change terminals and the only way to do it with wheelchairs is to go outside and use special buses dedicated to people with disabilitiesBuses were not equipped with wheelchair ramps for some reasonSince my parents will have to travel on their own on their back to Seattle I called the airlines and tried to change their flightI was told I have to call the agency that issued their ticketsI called justfly.com customer service number

Beware of booking and trying to cancel a flight with just fly spent over hours on the phone with to discover it is only money in there pocket, not mineThey hang upPass U from one person, who pretends to know something to the next, who knows absolutely nothing either I had a credit of $& to use the the same credit the total cost will be over $ I will only be booking direct with airlines from now on This is buyer beware!

This is the most irritating and unprofessional travel site I have ever come acrossI initially booked a flight to Germany to visit my parentsTen days before that flight, my father died and I tried to move my departure date up so that I could use that ticket to be with my mom and attend my dad's funeralThough I knew that plenty of flights were available, they couldn't offer me any one and instead suggested that I cancelFor a whopping Dollar airline cancellation fee and an additional company cancellation feeI told them about my father's death, and I was told that I needed to present his death certificate before they could even consider waiving those feesSince my dad had just died a few hours before, no certificate was availableI received the scanned certificate a few days later, sent it directly to Justfly--only to be told that nothing was receivedHours later on the phone, with half a dozen of agents to whom I had to explain the entire case again each time, they told me that my completely professional e-mail address wouldn't work and that I would have to resend the whole thing from a gmail accountFineThe certificate went throughMeanwhile, valuable time had passed and the deadline to cancel the flight (a minimum of hours) was drawing closerI called back about hours later to be told that the certificate was not enough, I had to send in proof of my family relationshipA birth certificate was requiredSince I am from Germany, mine is in German, but of course, they don't accept that because a company that deals with international customers all the time only accepts documents in English, notarizedI managed to translate the documents and found a notary public who could notarize the certificate and its translation, all of this six hours after I had to bury my dadI sent the whole pdf via the same gmail address that I had been advised to use a day beforeAnd the company claimed they did not receive anythingHad to resend, finally it went throughAfter that, I was put on hold for a long time only to be told that it will take to hours to review my requestI have hours to cancelIf I cancel now in order not to forfeit the entire amount, I will not be considered for a waiverIf I wait for the company to review the case, I will lose all the money because I am past the cancellation deadlineAnd all the agent can do is tell me to "calm down" and feed me some computer-generated **And put me on hold to talk to the "Helpdesk"So: they claim they can consider waiving fees in dire cases like death, then squander valuable time by not having their tech in place to accept e-mails form a variety of accounts/ servers; don't give you all the relevant information regarding the documents you need to send, further squandering time, and when time runs out, they don't allow you to cancel to at least save your refund and continue the application for a possible waiver if the claim has merit, as any reasonable airline would do (they give you up to days after the cancellation to submit your paperwork)Stay away from this company by all meansI will never ever book through them again and make sure to make it known to everyone to avoid this company like the plagueSince I fly a TON and so do my acquaintances, this will hopefully have some effect

I added a purchase guarantee to my flight it said I could cancel my flight up to hours before no questions askedThey have since taken this away and called it extended cancellation so it has different termsThey are now telling me I have to book a whole new flight and lose the value of my current flight

I had a very frustrating experience with JustFly*** Their customer service was terrible Initially I booked a trip from *** ** *** with a return from *** *** ** *** My plans changed completely and I wanted to cancel the original plans and rebook just a one way from Denver to Boston on the same airline I expected to have a significant penalty to change but that I would be able to preserve some of my investment JustFly.*** gave me absolutely no value for my $400+ ticket and it took me more than three calls with several different agents and different answers to*** to this conclusion I felt they were intentionally misleading and they subjected me to long hold times before answering my questionsThe first agent I spoke with said that I could only preserve some of the value of my investment if I paid an additional $to cancel Then I would be subjected to a $rebooking fee from the airline and any difference in fare Also, I was told that I could only use the partial credit on the same itinerary with different dates within a one year period This restriction regarding the same itinerary (locations) did not seem reasonable, so I called again and spoke with another representativeThis second representative explained I could cancel for the additional $and get a credit which could be used on any domestic flight with the same airline We reviewed that I could expect to pay $for the rebooking fee but then I would have $toward the new fare preserving about 1/of my initial investment The only catch now was that he could not book the new reservation I had to wait hours I paid the additional $to cancel the reservation and have JustFly issue the credit The agent promised to send me a detailed summary of this transaction which I never received When I called days later to use my credit on a new domestic one way fare with the same airline, the representative initially informed me that I could only use the credit for the exact same itinerary, different dates After I objected, she put me on hold for several minutes She came back and and agreed that she could use my credit for another different domestic flight with the same airline The ticket I wanted to purchase, one way Denver to Boston on United was advertised for approximately $on JustFly*** *** *** *** *** sites Today's rep then proceeded to tell me that my new charge after applying the credit would be $ When I explained that my expectation was closer to $30, she said that the $published rate was for a new fare but not for someone using a credit Apparently, buying the same flight using a credit costs twice as much!!! Why would someone pay $to cancel a fare and then pay $(total $290) for a ticket that would cost $as a new transaction You can't make this up I am now awaiting JustFly.com response on whether they will refund my $cancellation fee and if not I will make a claim through my credit card to cancel and try and get at least the $back I hope no one else has to go through this experience

This is the worst onine booking company for flights I have ever seen! Never ever use them!!! They billed my credit card four times in hours and when I called to complain they stated my card had declined itNopeFour pending charges that put my card over its limitThe man said he would fix it and send me an updated email concerning the chargesIn an hour I received an email cancelling my daughters flight!
