Our experience is similar to others My daughter was charged a $extended cancellation fee, and was told that she could change her flight reservation within hours at no cost She tried to do that, and was charged $ Just Fly (which is difficult to reach, and you will be on hold forever) advised that their fee is THEIR fee, and the airline cancellation fee is extra Also, after changing her reservation and being charged, it was changed at all Their customer service person continually interrupted, but did finally agree to simply cancel the flight and to charge only the $ I am skeptical that this will be honored, so will contact my bank immediately to challenge any charge over that amount Avoid this vendor if less expensive travel is your goal
