Worst company EVER!!!! My husband is extremely sick and we have to change our flights last minute and speaking to them is absolutely a nightmare and they are not helpful at all! I completed a transaction for a multi-destination trip selecting both a flight to one city and a return from another The Justfly software failed to execute the transaction for the return (second leg) flight which then required booking a one-way ticket at far greater expenseThe staff could not understand the problem and could not resolve the issue

I wanted to book a round trip flight for myself from Chicago to Guangzhou China and the ticket for me, through Just Fly, was about $1, I had to wait for my wife, who is currently in China, to get back with me before I booked the flight I found out hours later from my wife that I could then book the flight and that everything was good to go with her When I went to book the original flight through Just Fly, the price went up an extra $to $1,total for the round trip flightsOk, so I had to eat $for waiting to book hours later My mistake I also purchased the cancellation policy on this round trip flightAbout weeks later, there was a change in plans in China so I had to cancel my flight and would have to re-book later I went to cancel on line and went through all the steps and I could see a $fee from Asian Airlines and a $fee from Just Fly (which I had known about)So I am thinking $for my change of plansWhen I went to cancel on line (after going through all the steps), I was getting a download Icon for about minutes I then go off the website and tried later with the same results after a 15-minute wait This was very deceptive and gave you the feeling of a scamI then called the the *** number and talked to a broken English speaking person She said there would be the $fee, then she had to put me on hold for minutes (like she had to talk to her manager or something) and said the total charge would be $plus the $for a total of $to cancel She also said, in broken English that it would take to billing cycles for the credit to show up on my credit card I did receive an email on 4/28/that there would be a 6-week delay for the changes to show up on my credit card accountAfter thinking about how this seemed like a scam, I called the credit card company and went to cancel that credit card to eliminate any other unknown charges from who knows whereI also got to thinking that I did not have to set up an account, with Just Fly, to do this transaction with my credit card information, which seemed kind of strangeAfter all I went through with this flight booking company, I would not recommend them to anybody after all the hassles, time spent, and just a no-good feeling from the start If there is a change of plans after the hour period, it will cost you a lot of money and take 6-weeks to get some of that backIt has been since the 28th of April and I still have not received the credit card credit from Just Fly and it could be another 3-weeks before they will take care of it, if they do!

This is the BIGGEST SCAM! They book flights and then can only to charge you double the priceYou then call the customer service line and they put you on hold and never come back on the lineI lost $Airlines like ***, *** ***, and *** need to stop allowing them to book for them

My wife and I, both senior citizens, received terrible service during the last part of our Alaskan vacation booked through JustflyOur destination was our home in suburban Philadelphia, PAOur flight from Vancouver B.Cto Newark, N.Jgot us close to homeHowever to our surprise, the last leg of our journey to Philadelphia was not by plane but by AmtrackOur tickets indicated a layover in Newark, N.Jand then a *** Flight to Philadelphia; but apparently there isn’t, and never was, a flight from Newark to Philadelphia, thus our dilemmaWe wound up taking a train to downtown Philadelphia (lugging all of our heavy suitcases) and then took a taxi across town to the Philadelphia airport to get our carNothing in our booking confirmation indicated travel by train, or taxi for that matterMaybe Justfly should change their name to Justfly and Amtrack

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I booked a flight through justfly within the last month I received an email pertaining to my specific booking # being told that my flight is now available for $less then what I paid and to call for details on how to save I called and spoke with people, all of which whom hung up on me because they responded maam the price is the price there is no changes but couldn't explain to me why I received that email Each one hung up on me after I requested a supervisor The 8th time I called I received a rep that put me on hold for over an hour to speak with a supervisor to then disconnect the call!!! I will never use this company again and I don't recommend anyone to use them Not only will they never match a price, they will never follow through on there own word or promise/advertisement and they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with
