justfly*** changed my flight several months after purchaseThey said they emailed me, but I don't recall seeing itArrived at the airport and missed flightSpent hours on the phone with Justfly*** in an effort to resolveMost of this time was spent on holdAfter receiving a new confirmation email at midnight the following day, the reservation was no goodOn hold for several more hours and finally had to purchase a ticket to the east coast to secure the connection in order to get to IrelandWe lost a day of travel that was pre-booked and had the costs of the tickets for which we seek reimbursementTickets were purchased through American Airlines and cost $I already emailed them a long, detailed outline of all the calls we made and how it seemed like no one would help us, so we had no choice but to purchase the ticketsI have receipts

Paid the $Change ticket fee and when I called to rebook the ticket- told me I had to pay another $to rebook the ticket when the price on the website advertises the ticket price for something elseWould not allow me to speak to a manager nor would they book the flight that I preferred said I had to use the flight they chose

The overall thought of the business is greatThe customer service as well as the information they give you on the website is a lieIf you call them they will straight up lie to you and then try to get you off the phone by putting you on numerous 3-minute brief holds while they figure out the problemI wasted over $1k today on different round trip tickets for me and my wife for our vacation this summerI was told that I was being booked for "STANDARD ECONOMY" instead of "BASIC ECONOMY" There is a huge difference when flying with UnitedI have nothing against United here but was very upset with the misleading information that JustFly*** was givingWhen you look on the website it will show just EconomyWhen you purchase your tickets and finally get the confirmation it will change from Economy to Basic Economy, which comes with restrictions like no carry on bags and you can't sit with the person(s) you are flying withThat was a problem for me so I went ahead and called them back to cancel my flight and redo it since you can't upgrade from Basic to StandardThat being said I was told I would originally be charged $per person to cancel even though I had just bought my tickets hours priorI can understand the hour cancellation policy however, if I call to get help while booking my flight online and you repeatedly tell me that it is not a basic economy and then ends up being soI expect to be compensated and not screwed out of $After being put on hold for hour 30min to resolve the $cancellation charge, I was told they would bring it down to $per personI said that was fine if the situation would be fixed and I could get booked on the correct flightThey assured me they would walk me through everything and get me what I neededSo I get my flight canceled and I am transferred to get another flight for my vacationI went over a few different flight options but came back to a similar scenario of flying out with Frontiers and returning with UnitedSo I asked the representative of JustFly.com about times while on the phone, "Is this Basic Economy or Standard Economy?" I was assured throughout the entire phone call that it was Standard and that I could choose my seatsI even went as far as to tell him which seats we wanted and was charged an additional charge for the seat requestWhen everything went through he said that the seat arrangement didn't go through because someone must have already taken them but that I would receive an email confirmation with a new seat guide and I could choose my seats thenI waited minutes and received said email and followed the linkIt brought me to a page that said I couldn't choose my seat because I was wait for it BASIC ECONOMY!!! I am livid at this point and call back a 3rd time already knowing I'm going to be out $1k dollars from refunds, that don't come for at least days, and still no where with my tickets for my tripOh I might add that I was trying to handle this while working from my own business which cost me about 1/hours todayTime is money peopleThrough it all I told them to get me in contact with the supervisor immediatelyI was put on hold for a total of minutes and seconds before finally getting a hold of a supervisor who told me to hold for another 3-minutes (turned out to be minutes) all to tell me they would refund my 2nd round trip tickets to me in full with no penalty but that the $I paid originally would still standI understand $is not a lot in the grand scheme of things but if you are willing to let a company go in and not give you all the facts, scam you out of your money, and then pretend everything is okay, then I would say go with this businessOtherwise STEER CLEAR OF IT!

I might add that every call is rerouted to a call center in India and it is very hard to understand themNothing against them but I would want my customer service to be able to know the situation at hand and not out source it to someone who is cheaper

Advertised in bold writing on their website:"Extended Cancellation Policy - You always have the option to cancel within hours of purchase without JustFly's standard cancellation fee!" In fine print, you learn that you only have the option to cancel within hours if you purchase the extended cancellation policy which costs $per passengerThis is an intentionally misleading advertisementAll airlines have free cancellations within hours (a legal requirement) therefore the hour cancellation period is the industry standard (hardly extended)Justfly requires additional payment for a policy that they imply through their marketing language is included in their servicesVery unethical practiceWhile booking a flight through their site, the dates for the flights were unintentionally changedAfter completing the booking, the date change was noticedWhen we called to rebook and/or cancel the flights within the hour period, customer service was extremely unhelpful with long

Bought two tickets to Japan through JustFlyThere was a VERY minor error on the middle name of the other passengerI called them to have it fixed, they said it will cost $to fix itI paid it, then they said they will have to reissue the ticket, and they will let me know when it goes throughNot only did they not notify me, of anything at all, I found out they reissued the ticket with the same name errorNo change, but they charged me $When I called them to ask to fix it, they said that I need to be patient and they will fix itTwo weeks have passedFlight is coming upI told them that they already "fixed it" but nothing happenedThey said that I did something wrong, etc etcI've spent about hours in total on the phone with these people, over phone callsNow, we have to just roll the dice and hope that this error isn't too majorBut we're lucky that we have TSA Pre-check and other things that can help usI would not ever use these peopleIt was such a waste of time, and the $I saved buying off of them is not worth the headache

On June 8th I purchased a flight and the transaction timed outTimed out notice said that it was cancelled and that my card was not charged The confirmation on cancellation form was ***

I would never buy my airline tickets justfly.com again They may have cheap prices but
their customer service is horrid, I couldn't even understand what the gentlemen was saying over the phone I could tell he was reading from a script, he kept messing up and than apologizing He didn't have any idea how to help me or what I was even askingI ended up calling a second time just to figure out what was going on
I found the flight $cheaper later (on their website) and they wouldn't help me at all I couldn't cancel my flight (even though I was willing to pay the cancellation fee of $150+) They gave me no optionsThe second lady I spoke with told me your only option is to not show up at the airport but you will still be charged for the flight I understand flight amounts change but most companies including Expedia would let me pay the fee, cancel the flight and then I could have still saved over $ No, justfly told me I was out of luck there was nothing I could do
Think twice before you book with justfly.com I know I will never use them again Companies that actually value their customers and will help them instead of giving them zero support, and zero options are the companies that I will turn to instead
